What To Expect
Curious about scuba diving? This beginner experience is perfect for anyone who wants to try diving in a safe and relaxed way - no prior experience required.
You’ll start with a clear, easy-to-follow safety briefing that covers everything you need to know. Then, accompanied by a certified instructor, you’ll enter the water from shore and explore a carefully chosen dive site based on the day’s conditions.
During the dive, your instructor will introduce you to a few basic scuba skills to help you feel safe and confident underwater. The dive lasts around 40 minutes with a maximum depth of upto 5 meters.
Requirements:
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Good general health
• Swimsuit and towel

No, you don’t need to have any previous Scuba experience, but you must be able to swim without a flotation device.
Mar 2022Participants in the Discover Scuba Diving in Lanzarote (Costa Teguise) cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
