This was our first whale watching experience, but will not be our last. The entire experience was great from start to finish. From the moment we left the harbor until we returned, we learned some key information about the area and the whales. I appreciated that were we able to see four whales who the crew knew their names and had studied/watched them for a while. At the same time, the crew balanced giving us a great experience with not impeding on them and their natural behavior. We highly recommend this experience with Cape Ann Whale Watch. It was a beautiful, sunny day, but the breeze can be brisk in October so do prepare for that. The cup of hot chocolate from concessions helped as well. Do this experience...you will not regret it!

Excellent experience! Bote left on time, not too crowded. We were able to see a pod of whales. The captain manouver the boat in a way we got to have awesome views. Loved the tour guide, gave a ton of interesting information and you could tell she is very knowledgable on the topic. It was a great trip! A plus: no problmes with the Groupon voucher, worked like a charm!
