What To Expect
Welcome to an experience that combines the essence of Italian cuisine with the lively charm of one of Florence’s most beloved markets: the Sant’Ambrogio Market. Located in the heart of the neighborhood bearing its name, our SiChef Florence Cooking School offers a unique course designed for those who wish to immerse themselves in Italian culinary culture—from selecting the freshest ingredients to crafting authentic pasta recipes by hand.
After meeting at our school, we’ll start with a brief refreshment of water and fruit juice. Then, the chef will guide the group to visit the historic and picturesque Sant'Ambrogio Market. Here, clients will have the opportunity to see and select, with the chef's help, the finest fresh and seasonal ingredients to use during the lesson. After the market tour, we’ll return to the school (just a few meters away) to begin the class, where you’ll cook and taste your creations under the attentive supervision of our chef. You'll dine together with your group, offering a chance to make new friends and connect with both tourists and locals.
