Step 2: Airport Arrival and Meet & Greet
Upon your arrival at Cancun International Airport, navigating the terminals can be a bit overwhelming. That's why we make your arrival smooth:

Customs & Baggage Claim: After disembarking your flight, you'll proceed through immigration and customs, and then collect your luggage. Once you get your luggage send us a message.

Our rates are calculated based on the distance from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please verify your hotel's location before completing your purchase:

Cancun Hotel Zone / Downtown: Includes all hotels along Blvd. Kukulcan and the city center.

Costa Mujeres / Puerto Juarez: Northern areas and ferry terminals for Isla Mujeres.

Puerto Morelos: The area located halfway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

Playa del Carmen: All resorts and rentals within the Playa del Carmen city limits and immediate surroundings.
