To ensure a comfortable and stress-free arrival, travelers will receive WhatsApp instructions before the service. Flight status will be monitored to assist with reasonable delays.After collecting luggage and clearing customs, travelers should follow the WhatsApp instructions to reach the assigned meeting point. Depending on the arrival terminal, the meeting point will usually be near the Welcome Bar or Margaritaville.The driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s first and last name. Travelers should keep their phone connected and available after landing in case further instructions are required.Please note that there is no reception desk inside the airport. For pickups at a car rental agency located within the Cancun Airport area, the exact agency name must be provided in advance so the meeting point can be confirmed.

1. Booking confirmation: Reservation details, passenger information, flight number, pickup location, destination, and selected one-way or round-trip service will be reviewed and confirmed via WhatsApp.
2. Pre-arrival information: Before the service, travelers will receive the assigned driver’s name, vehicle details, and meeting instructions via WhatsApp. Flight status will be monitored to assist with delays or schedule changes.
3. Airport arrival: After landing, travelers should collect their luggage and clear customs before proceeding to the assigned meeting point.
4. Meeting point: Depending on the arrival terminal, travelers will receive instructions to meet near the Welcome Bar or Margaritaville. The driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s full name.
5. Driver contact: Travelers should keep their phone connected and available after landing in case updated instructions or assistance are required. There is no reception desk inside the airport.
6. Boarding: Once the travelers meet the driver, luggage will be placed in the vehicle and the reservation details will be verified before departure.
