Meeting Information at Cancun AirportAirport – Hotel:Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, then Pass migration and collect your luggage, proceed to the departure gate marked "Travel Agencies" "Pre-contracted Service" "Groups and Conventions". There, a driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing the **Transfer In** logo and your name. To ensure a smooth process, please present your confirmation voucher and photo ID before boarding the vehicle that will take you to your destination.Avoiding the door says "Family and Friends" If you walk out that door you will NOT find the driver, please call us.For your arrival: - The unit will be ready to board **20 minutes** after your landing. Wait until **60 minutes** after landing time. - If there is any inconvenience in communicating with our company, your operator will be waiting for you in the arrival areas of the corresponding terminal.Meeting points: **Terminal 2:** In the Domestic and International Arrivals area, you will find your driver at the **Welcome Bar**. **Terminal 3:** Your driver will be waiting at Margaritaville Bar. **Terminal 4:** Find your driver at the Welcome Bar.---If the service is from Salida Hotel - Airport:**For your return to the airport, the unit will be waiting in your hotel lobby **10 minutes** before the agreed time of your reservation. We ask that you be ready, as the operator will have an additional waiting time of **10 minutes** after the agreed time.Please indicate the name of your hotel in **Cancun Centro** or **Hotel Zone**.

When arriving at Cancun International Airport, follow these steps:

Claim your luggage.
- Go to the exit marked as:

5️⃣ Upon arrival at your hotel:
- The operator will verify that you do not forget anything in the unit.
