Cabo San Lucas Mezcal Tasting and Cocktail Class
Overview
You will arrive to Vas Que Vuelas Mezcaleria an authentic mezcal bar with more than 50 Mezcal brands including their own bottles. We will first start with an explanation on how mezcal is made followed by a tasting of 3 different mezcals, each made of a different agave plant or from different regions within Mexico, you will be able to taste the variety of flavors and notes of each plant and region in which they grow. After the tasting we will finish with a quick class on how to prepare a delicious mezcal cocktail (you can drink it also!). The entire experience takes about 90 minutes, trust us, you will leave happy and being knowledgeable on mezcal and Mexican spirits.

Then, you'll embark on a guided tasting of five unique mezcals, each crafted from different agave varieties or sourced from diverse regions of Mexico. As you sip, you’ll discover how each plant and terroir shape the flavors, aromas, and character of this extraordinary drink.
To top it off, we’ll shake things up with a mini masterclass on crafting the perfect mezcal cocktail—yes, you get to enjoy it too!
