Transfer Service Information
Meet & Greet: Upon arrival, our driver will send a WhatsApp message to the contact number provided in your booking. The designated meeting point is the INTERCHANGE office in the arrival terminal, immediately after exiting the transit area with your luggage.
Private Door-to-Door Service: Enjoy a fully private transfer—your vehicle will not be shared with other passengers.
Child Seat Upon Request: One child seat is available free of charge upon request.

Booking Modifications
All booking changes must be promptly communicated to Viator Customer Support to ensure that updates are accurately reflected in the booking system. Please note that last-minute modifications are not eligible for refunds.

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- The transfer company will never be responsible for the loss of a flight. The customer is solely responsible for knowing the departure time of the flight and request the pick up with enough time (we suggest 2.5 -3 hours before the departure time of the flight).
