Meeting and Pickup
All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle.If you are unable to locate the information counter please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance, otherwise please phone. Please endeavour to check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure the service can leave on time.

Both International and Domestic visitors will be greeted by our friendly staff upon arrival at the airport desks, and then a directed to your transfer to your Gold Coast accommodation.

This is the ideal way to start your holiday or business trip. The service operates 7 days a week and meets your flight.
When making a booking, you will need to advise the following:
• Flight details (Flight numbers and times), and
• Gold Coast accommodation details (Hotel name and address) Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

- Confirmation is instant and will be received at time of booking
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
- Child seats are not provided
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Please note: if you are staying at 18 Tank St, Evolution Apartments your must make your way to The Mercure North Quay at 85-87 North Quay for pickup
- Transfer shuttle is a 21-seater mini coaster
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers
