Meeting and Pickup
All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle.If you are unable to locate the information counter, please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance, otherwise please phone us with the number on your reservation instructions. Please endeavor to check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure the service can leave on time.
What To Expect
Both International and Domestic visitors will be provided with a personal 'meet and greet' service at the airport, and then a direct transfer to your CBD accommodation.

Both International and Domestic visitors have the opportunity for a personal meet and greet service at the airport, and then a direct transfer to your hotel located in the Central Business District (CBD) in Brisbane (including Kangaroo Point).
This is the ideal way to start your holiday or business trip. The service operates 7 days a week and meets your flight.
When making a booking, you will need to advise the following:
• Flight details (Flight numbers and times), and
• Brisbane accommodation details (Hotel name and address) Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Transfer shuttle is a 21-seater mini coaster
- Child seats are not provided
- Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
