Yes, you will earn rewards on every booking made directly on our website.
Yes. One account and one rewards balance work across all our participating sites, including cooldestinations.com. Rewards earned on one site can be redeemed on any of the others.
When you make a booking that is eligible for Cool Rewards, the amount of rewards earned will remain in a “pending” state until the travel date has passed. Within 24 hours of travel date, the rewards will be available to use.
There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.
If rewards are redeemed against a booking and that booking is canceled or refunded, these rewards will be reissued to your account.
Yes, your rewards will automatically converted to the currency you selected.
