Our Edmonton Explorer Trolley tour was absolutely fantastic! 🚎 We were lucky enough to have Ryan and Mario give us a personal tour, and they truly made the experience memorable. They were incredibly knowledgeable about Edmonton’s history, landmarks, and all the interesting stories that make the city unique. They were friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about sharing their city with visitors. We learned so much and saw Edmonton dfrom a whole new perspective. A huge thank you to Ryan and Mario for making our tour so enjoyable—we couldn’t have asked for better guides! Highly recommend the Edmonton Explorer Trolley, especially if you get the chance to tour with these two!

It was a one loop route due to mechanical issues with one of their buses.As a result, the Aviation museum was left out. The seating is not suitable for people with long legs. The commentaries were informative. The driver was pleasant.

A good experience, in getting to know Edmonton better. Unfortunately they were down to one vehicle when I went, which meant a couple of attractions were missed. I thought it was good, but it was two hours between buses, which is a long time to hop off, for most of the attractions. I thought the fare was a little pricey for the 24 hour ticket. Drivers were good, helpful and knowledgeable.

This was so fun! We enjoyed it so much and already planning our next tour the next time we come to Edmonton. The guides are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great day using the two trolley routes! We joined at the Aviation Museum and got on the central loop, with the driver Margaret. She was very friendly and was a skilled driver, she had to squeeze us into an extremely tight street (due to a big steel box being placed in the road for house renovations) but she managed to get us through! When we completed that loop, we then joined the Western loop trolley with driver Ryan, who was also excellent. He interacted with the other riders and engaged my 10 year old son into helping him "spot" certain attractions and had him checking if there were any passengers waiting at upcoming stops. He made the experience extra special for my son. We learned some interesting things about Edmonton, and it was a fun way to spend the day. Seeing some different neighborhoods was also enjoyable, and they had a great route on both loops.

This is a great way to see the city and the points of interest, especially if you don't live here. You can take the trolly to all of the major attractions and then hop back on and go to the next. You don't have to worry about parking or traffic. We must have called the help number half a,dozen times with various questions about where and how to board and Erin was so very helpful and patient with us. Our first driver whizzed right past us at the stop but Erin sorted it out for us and we were able to take the central and western routes successfully. Our driver Margaret was such a great tour guide and pointed out many interesting homes and points of interest that we might have missed without her commentary. All in all, something everyone should experience to see the city efficiently. This would have been a five star review had the first driver not missed us as we stood at the stop. The stops are clearly marked with big signs as well, so you know you're in the right place and we found that very helpful.

We had a great time on the Edmonton Explorer! I would definitely recommend it to both visitors and Edmontonians alike! The trolleys are very charming, and cruising around with the windows open really let us see the city up close and gave a really nice breeze as well! The drivers were great also (special shout out to Darren!), and any time we called the phone number for information, they were very helpful. I think the stops chosen were great and would definitely ride again. A few things to note, service ends pretty early in the day (in my opinion), so you may want to arrange alternative transportation to take you home/back to your hotel, etc. I'd really love to see the hours extended since we did have to hurry through our day a little to try and make the last bus from our final stop. It would also be helpful if there were photos of the stops posted on the site as some stops did not have any signage. Additionally, some people did seem a little chilly on the bus when the windows were down; I was totally fine (the weather was sunny and about 24 degrees), but if you're from a warmer climate or get cold easily, it may be worth it to bring a sweater or light jacket.

Good way to see Edmonton if you don’t know the area. Knowledgeable drivers/tour guides with stories and history.

He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and was incredibly knowledgeable about Edmonton. He was always happy to answer our questions, offer suggestions and help us with anything we needed.Ryan was friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was enjoying their experience. His knowledge of the city was fantastic, and we learned so much along the way.We couldn’t have asked for a better driver or guide. Over the course of our 72 hour Edmonton Explorer pass we experienced three drivers, all of whom were extremely helpful and friendly. On one occasion one of Edmonton's severe thunderstorms left the roads impassable for the Edmonton Explorer bus. Instead of leaving us stranded at Edmonton Aviation Museum the people at Edmonton Explorer arranged (and paid for) an Uber to get us back to our hotel. We were very grateful.

During our first visit to Edmonton we wanted an overview of the city. We received that and more from our excellent tour guide, Gary. We strongly recommend the Edmonton Explorer tour.

Fantastic experience. I am an Edmonton local and decided to try a touristy thing. I took the western loop to the zoo and later center loop home. I had the same driver for both, Ryan. Ryan is an incredible spokesman for the company. He has a ton of story, a great sense of humor and knows the city. Would recommend the tour to anyone, especially with him.

Excellent tour with driver/guide Ryan going above & beyond duty to provide a welcome & wonderful experience for us with our grandchildren!
