Lovely day! Friendly, sincere and punctual driver who provided much information about the local community and their traditions. We had a fairly thorough introduction to the various steps in the process of making a Turkish carpet, including the dyeing of wool and various plants used to make the colours. Our guide also gave us some info on silk carpet making. It was great to do a little weaving. This was followed by a nice Turkish lunch. There is clearly a commercial aspect to the workshop but they were very transparent. We ended up with a beautiful carpet to take home to Canada. 🫣😉😊 Delighted. Such a nice way to spend an afternoon in Bodrum. Well worth ones time.

Our tour guide was wonderful took us to five places to shop. We had a blast! Provided water and a nice driver . Highky recommend.

If you’re in Turkey and wondering what to do besides eat, swim, and fight for a sunbed 😂 - GO MAKE A TURKISH LAMP! We had an absolute blast at this Turkish lamp master class with the wonderful Olivia! She’s incredibly talented, patient, encouraging and a true multilingual girl, speaking English, Turkish, and Russian! 🇬🇧🇹🇷🇷🇺 So no matter where you’re from, you’ll feel right at home. Whether you’re naturally crafty or, like me, need a little professional supervision ,Olivia guides you, helps you, and somehow makes everyone feel like an artist. The atmosphere is relaxed, the music is fun, and the whole place has such a warm, cozy, homey feeling. Coffee, tea, and sweets are served while you create your masterpiece, which definitely adds to the experience!And it’s not just lamps - you can also make beautiful murals, and there’s even a perfume-making experience in the room next door. So you can basically spend the afternoon being creative, drinking coffee, making pretty things, and pretending you’re much more artistic than you actually are. It’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families with kids. We genuinely had so much fun, and the best part is that you leave with something you actually made yourself — a beautiful vacation memory 🏮✨

Had a great family experience making lamps. Jeran was so helpful and knowledgeable and we even got to share in her birthday celebration. Also thanks to Ali for coming to visit us and for his lovely communication on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend.

We were collected at 10.30 in the morning and were welcomed to the village of Etrim by Tony and his lovely colleague. We had the most perfect day learning about the history of Etrim and carpets. We were taught by two students showing us how to weave using the vertical loom. The history is beautiful and rich in culture. We were shown many beautiful carpets and kilims and have purchased a few to be shipped over to the UK which will arrive within 6-8 weeks. We had a lovely lunch, too much for two people but very traditional. We were taken back to our hotel about 4pm. Would highly recommend, be prepared to purchase to carpet or kilim. I would definitely return to Etrim in the future should I plan on buying any more carpets. The guides were so friendly and welcoming. I can’t fault the trip, throughly enjoyed. Bring cash to buy and handmade necklaces and for home made orange juice or lemonade.

If you’re into fragrance, this is a brilliant way to get out of the sun and spend some time indulging your hobby.The workshop was hosted in a coffee shop, which is sited in a more residential area of Marmaris. This allowed us to get away from the bustle of the sea front and spend a couple of hours enjoying good coffee, Turkish treats and playing with perfume ingredients.Everyone involved with hosting the workshop was great and we would really recommend coming along.

We had a great experience and left with a lovely gift. Would definitely recommend!

An amazing experience to an authentic carpet weaving village just outside Bodrum . Learn the techniques of making a carpet, amazing hospitality and a beautiful authentic lunch and wine included. Please do this trip it is so amazing and inspiring xxx

A really lovely craft café with a calm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. It’s the kind of place you can happily spend time in, whether you’re working on something creative or just enjoying a coffee.

This was by far the best most memorable excursion our entire time in Greece! The hospitality and food was amazing omg! The staff and our guide was so kind and accommodating I can't say enough great things. Everything was breathtaking this village is better than advertised. All I can say is wow the pictures doesn't do it justice I wish I could give more stars! Thank you guys again for have my wife and I and we are excited about our new rugs 🤗🤗🤗❤️

We had the time of our lives exploring local shops with our AMAZING guide Betül. First we visited a rug shop where we saw the intricate detailing and time that it takes to make the handmade rugs (literally YEARS of work to make these one-of-a kind rugs) and they showed us how they get silk from the silk worms too. We then went to a leather shop where they did a fashion show of the leather coats and they pulled me on stage to walk the show too. It was hilarious and so fun. At the pottery shop they showed us their way of making pottery and they even let me try using the pottery wheel as well! This excursion was one of the highlights of our trip. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and Betül was the best guide we could have asked for. Do the tour!!

Wonderful experience for our honeymoon trip. We experienced how to make traditional candle holders and they became our best souvenirs from Antalya. Besides, Olivia is a great tutor who is patient and explains every detail clearly. The worst part of the activity is that klook didn’t provide a clear guidence for us to find the way to the workshop…

Fabulous couple of hour my husband and I spent making our fragrances. Great experience and both made a fragrance each which we both loved . Great way to spend a couple of hours.
