This was a great way to get to see most of the touristy stuff with all the major points of interest included. We did enjoy our day & 1/2 on the bus & did get on & off at the really cool stuff.

This was a great way to see parts of Berlin that were slightly off the beaten path. Reese was very knowledgeable about the history of Germany. He was enthusiastic about the city and provided a fun tour. We would recommend both Reese and the tour to others.

We recently returned from a trip to Munich for Oktoberfest; we were in Munich for about a week.Several months ahead of our trip, I put together a list of places to see besides the beer tents. I emailed a number of tour providers with the list and asked for suggestions and an itinerary for the places we wanted to see. Most of the tour providers responded with a very limited plan – they either didn’t go everywhere, had limited ideas, or could only fulfill part of our itinerary.Stefan Rieg of “Sightseeing Bavaria Exclusive” responded with a complete 3-day plan covering all of our requirements as well as additional suggestions to round out the days. The plan gave us time to enjoy Oktoberfest and time on our own in Munich. All subsequent correspondence was timely, professional, and allowed us to make changes to the plan. None of the other tour providers was so thorough.After arrival in Munich, our guide Katrin met us as planned and shepherded my group of 4 for 3 long days. Katrin is very knowledgeable about the destinations and guided us safely on our journeys. She was very accommodating to on-the-fly plan changes and extending the day to see additional sites; she also was very capable of assisting with a few challenges faced along the way. An added and unexpected dimension was Katrin’s emotions when we visited some locations, and she readily shared her experiences growing up in the east. Bad Saarow with A Friend in Berlin is a great choice for anyone wanting to relax in a picturesque place. My fiance and i loved our stay at Esplanade, one of the resort hotels. We chose to take a bike tour around the lake. It was a pleasant ride, mostly flat. We stopped at a cafe, a restaurant (the food was excellent), and a beach. Highly recommended!

Stefan made our time in Munich extra special. We are truly grateful to have had such a wonderful, accomodating, and knowledgeable tour guide with us.

I think the idea with the Hop in Hop Off bus is very good. You are quick from A to B. Some photos can also be taken from the bus. But it is advisable to think beforehand where you want to watch something. We got off at the Elbe castles, for example, but would then have to wait a very long time for the next bus, with which we then continued to the levitation railway. This bush auffeur was great, by the way! Stopped especially for the passengers to take pictures and waited for them. Hover train was great!

The value for money was just great: 20 EUR for 2 days hop on hop off - no long waiting times at the stops - and then the opportunity to make on the two days on a guided city tour with extremely motivated guide and on the entertaining but also knowledge-imparting tour with the night watchman through Dresden's old town.

Peter the guide was great - very knowledgeable and fun. He had some great stories and showed us lots of things we would not have found without him. A good mix of topics. Great to be seeing and hearing of contemporary art, culture and politics. Recommended.

Fantastic tour! Jack (tour guide) was awesome and had great knowledge and was super fun. I had one of my best days in Berlin!!!

The online booking does not work out so well. The first contactoerson couldn't handle it and sent us to the next stop. Even there we were not exactly received most friendly. We were told there that we had booked through a third party and that was always complicated. The ride itself was a pleasure

We took the 2-day ticket and saw a lot with it. We went with 4 different drivers who couldn't have been more different. The explanations are comprehensive, which we really liked. One thing to criticize is the unprofessional tickets: for each day there was a thermal paper printout about 45cm long. On the second day we always had to show both printouts. There is room for savings in materials and better handling by the hundreds of guests every day.

I first took a bus where the announcements were recorded.There were a few people chatting to each other in a friendly manner.This bothered an older couple so much that they shouted through the bus in military commando style to stop the conversation. I have never experienced anything like it before.A man in his early 60s told four female friends to "shut their f---- ups". He threatened to repeat it several times.The man sitting in the front row on the left can be glad that the women were nice, because after all, his cell phone was constantly ringing and he was also chatting to his wife in a pink dress.I have never experienced such terrible fellow bus passengers.With the male and drunken fellow passengers, this could have quickly turned into a fight.After I changed buses, where a bus driver himself made the announcements and talked about life in Dresden, it was really great.There were nice people on board.You can get an overview of Dresden and get some great tips.The night watchman tour was also nice. The rustic humor about the mistresses of that time is obviously too much for gender-conscious people. I found it funny.

Very well organized. Interesting information about the history and city of Dresden is revealed. We have already done many city tours in other cities. However, this provider is definitely one of the best in the industry.
