Zahid is gentle and friendly. This bus is comfortable and I love it! Dubai is a great city, beautiful and luxurious, and I hope to do it again. Our guide was amazing! He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and well-organized, making the whole bus trip enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to his excellent guidance, we not only learned a lot, but also had a great time.We are very grateful to this wonderful bus guide. His explanations of each attraction are clear and detailed, making the trip smooth and engaging with everyone enthusiastically. highly recommend him and praise his professionalism and enthusiasm for his work!

I find a very good way to see something of the city. As orientation for everything else you can look at. Very good explanation, and lots of general info about headphones in many languages. We had a very accommodating and very good driver with Kareem. A small criticism should be noted: Departure point is very difficult to find.

We had a trip in Dubai today (09.03.2025). We really enjoyed it to the point when we didn't know how to express it, the sights were amazing! We especially liked The Miracle Gardena. All od this thanks to our tour guide, Hafiz Malook. He told us very interesting information and made our trip fun as well.Thank you so much.

Great half day tour with Hafiz! We saw a bunch of stuff in a very limited amount of time. My wife got all the pictures she wanted! We learned a bunch and were very comfortable on tour.

The Dubai By Night Big Bus experience was incredible tonight between the best-place Big Bus tour and the traditional Boat Dinner. To end this day, we could not have dreamed better. And really thank you very much to the driver Sudheer who made us live the journey stopping in front of the monuments and take our best photos with the best angles it is largely thanks to him that the trip was even more incredible, on the spot we did not leave a tip because he would have deserved but I hope the comment will please him, thanks again to him

We were taken care of by Kévine who was the only one who spoke French, and who helped us a lot in our search for lines, he explained very well the route to do the areas to visit, activities to do etc... I recommend reasonable price for what we do. Thanks to Kévine 👍🏽

Our experience with Travtur was excellent from the moment we booked until the moment our tour ended. We booked online and received prompt notification of our booking and an invoice showing our payment. We were notified the night before our trip of our pickup time and in the morning of our trip we were notified that the driver was on his way and he would contact us when he arrived. Our driver for the trip was Hafiz Malook, he was very polite, courteous and professional from the moment we met him, he gave us a lot of interesting facts and history of UAE as well as Dubai and of the places we visited. He was also very good at supplying us with refreshments and taking photographs of us at all the stops. Our last stop was at the Burj Khalifa where we had tickets to visit the observation decks, Hafiz arranged the tickets and made sure we gained entry without any problems before he left us. All in all it was an excellent trip.

We saw many sites and our guide adjusted our visits to take out those we had seen and include those we had not. We went before the crowds were present, so that was a bonus as well. Of course the Burj Khalifa was crowded, but that was to be expected. Our guide took lots of pictures of us and told us important facts about the UAE and what we were seeing. We asked questions, but his receptive understanding of English was hard for him therefore making it difficult to respond to questions that were not in his repertoire.

All recommendation, very nice tours🫶🏻 all stuff is very nice and friendly, but driver Minhaj is the best 👌🏻 , he reccomended me trip to Abu Dhabi but unfortunatly i dont have time this time, next time when i come i will absolutely go there. feel safe as a solo womman on trip, safe drive . Blue line was awsome😍 and red line old part of city was amazing also and i enjoyed desert sunset tour . Unforgetable experience. Price is also good as a everything else. When i was in Marina i came before bus and excelent Keshara was there , i have feeling that we know each other for long time. All recomendataions one more timee

The big bus tour, Dubai at night, was amazing. Vishu the driver and Janabe were very helpful. We had a very good time. highly recommend the cruise dinner as well

I had a great experience with our driver Zahid. I had done both the daytime and night time Big Bus tours. Zahis drove the night tour and gave us great shots of all of the beautiful buildings in DUBAI. Would recommend both tours. Bus pick up locations or sometimes hard to find as some had changed from when they printed the brochure. Be careful when picking up at the Emirates mall location has changed

Really good experience and nice views . Worth it. Amazing night time iconic views. So much space at bus. Every corner good view

Very helpful staff and driver. Dubai at night was magical and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver was really good and interacted with us.

The views were amazing, we took so many photos. The tour was informative and excellent in preparation by Ali. Ali, our tour guide and our driver was friendly and polite. Ali was excellent in service, will recommend to all. Thanks!

It's a good way to see Dubai's main sites illuminated The ideal is to arrive early to position yourself well on the bus and, as much as possible, in the part that is completely uncovered.

Night bus tour was goood, I highly recommend it. The Dubai skyline is mesmerizing so why not experience it open deck.
