This was the best experience and would highly recommend. Our guide was very informative and charismatic. We saw the cocoa tree nurseries, then walked around their gardens and learned about the cacao & coffee trees and various plants. We tasted fresh cocoa seeds, then had a very fun chocolate making class. I would recommend this it was 100/10 experiences.

We had a great experience with Nicole in late August. We chose the cooking with rum option since a few of us do not eat seafood. The rum option was very filling and came with chicken kabobs and the rum cake. We had more than enough food and everything was delicious!We were so lucky that Nicole kept our experience with three of us, it was so intimate. We got to cook and share so many stories with Nicole, who is just a fantastic host! She kept the cooking fun and easy but also was super educational in explaining ingredients and substitutes we could use at home as needed. Her cooking assistant was also very sweet, she was a little soft spoken but just as welcoming as Nicole and would also offer us cooking tips and explanations. During our lunch we also got to meet one of Nicole's produce suppliers who was such an interesting character and had so many stories and life experiences to share with us. It was an amazing lunch and such a unique experience/excursion that I have been able to experience in my travels around the world (and one of my top favorites!). This is definitely a MUST DO in Antigua. The price is worth the experience, and length was decent at about 4 hours.

A great experience overall. The day was very hot, and we didn’t realise how much walking and how many stairs were involved, so some people with health conditions struggled. Hotel Chocolat should consider putting fans in the area where the groups make chocolate.The prices in the shops were only a couple of pounds cheaper than in the UK, so there wasn’t much incentive to buy anything. However, the Hotel Chocolat milkshake was delicious, and there was a good variety of food available in the restaurants.

My wife and I enjoyed a private class. Mano was entertaining, informative, and delightful. He took time to explain every step and make sure we understood everything and were comfortable. Food was outstanding (local dishes) as were the drinks. He even took us back to the cruise ship in his vehicle, so we only had to use a cab one way. HIGHLY recommend!

Me and my brother loved the whole experience from start to finish. I saw the experience on Tik Tok and knew it was something I wanted to try. Our instructor was knowledgeable, helpful and funny and we both left with a bottle rum we were so happy with! I would definitely recommend this experience.
