Great experience and we highly recommend it.

We booked a kayaking adventure with 2 instructors as a family of 5 with kids ranging from 12-18. The trip was excellent and one of our favourite things we did on our whole holiday. The instructors were excellent - friendly, engaging, extremely knowledgable about the local environment, bird life and history of the area. The trip was not rushed and was extremely well organised. We had so much fun. What a great experience. Kids loved it. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone.

We had an awesome tour with the Packet Boat and Captain Brandon! He is super knowledgeable and fun, was great with our kiddos— they had an absolute blast. Couldn’t recommend more!

This was a really cool and unique experience. Brandon was really a great captain and guide for the whole trip. We had perfect weather for the trip, so we got to see and hear the seals from the boat with perfect clarity. We booked the 4:30 time slot during low-tide and got to see the most seals! There had to be 50 or 60 seals just hanging out, singing to each other and keeping tabs on us. I got a lot of great seal eye contact pics. We saw some dolphins that were caught by the shallows and were being wrangled and guided to open water by a small boat, so we got to see more than just seals. No sharks though. Maybe next time. The kids did get to steer the boat a bit, and that was a lot of fun for them! I would definitely go again, the entire trip was such a nice part of the day. Had a wonderful and beautiful time kayaking with Maddie. One of my friends had never kayaked before, and she gave us brief and informative lessons. We were guided through a beautiful area onto a spit of beach inaccessible by car. We did a little bit of exploring before heading off into another area where we saw a peregrine falcon perched on its nest up close. Beautiful scenery, and a bit of a workout while also relaxing.

Another great tour with Rideaway. We try to take this tour every year. It’s one of the highlights of our week on the Cape annually. Mike was a great guide. Highly recommend people make the time and effort to tour Poponesset Bay.

We had the BEST time on our seal tour with Captain Brandon! 🦭 He did an amazing job getting us close enough to see the seals in their natural habitat while being respectful of their space. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting history about the area, which made the experience even more enjoyable.He was also kind enough to let me bring my dog along, which was such a bonus! 🐶 We absolutely loved the experience and will definitely be booking another tour with Captain Brandon the next time we’re on Cape Cod. A lovely trip to see all the seals! Boat was lovely and nice afternoon in the bay. The tide was low and water like glass!

This is the second time I’ve done this with my kids, it’s a nice way to get out on a pond for a couple of hours and understand more about the natural environment and wildlife birds, turtles, etc., in the area as well as the history of the community. We paddle about 3 miles around the pond. The guy was quite knowledgeable and we found this very family friendly, not too difficult activity.

Our guide Maddie was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and prompt. Lovely scenery on calm waters. Kayaks are well maintained and easy to navigate. Hint: GPS takes you to other side of marina. Not far away. Look for the blue sign.

We had the best time on this adventure. Simon our tour guide was wonderful. He was personable, knowledgeable and made our day wonderful. This was a delightful kayaking trip and we got to see lots of wildlife including osprey, blue heron, snowy egret, and green heron. Simon explained so much to us about the area, wildlife, vegetation etc which we really enjoyed learning about! I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone.

Kevin was superb. It was a blustery day but he took very good care of us. He kept us together in the wind, was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. Since the wind made things difficult he took us on a short walk through the park when we got off the water, telling us about the history of the area and about the plants and wildlife. It was a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond.

Your party alone is toured around the harbor. The captain is kind, professional and knowledgeable. For around $300 you can have an exclusive tour aboard a clean beautiful ship. It feels exclusive, it was great for my young family.

The kayaking was in a scenic gorgeous salt marsh. Was a nice enjoyable paddle. I have been on many of these kinds of tours. I have seen much more attentive guides, making sure the kayakers were able to maneuver and get in and out. This trip was not that. Have also had experiences with pictures taken that were more purposeful and meaningful. Great kayak not my favorite company.

I had such a great time! This group is very professional and had all the equipment ready for us. The guides were so knowledgable about Cape Cod. I highly recommend them!
