Without a doubt one of the most amazing experiences in our collective families life! It was a hard ask, multi-generational seasoned travellers. The incredible guide, Luke (the captain!) delivered. Going well beyond a normal tour experience, this is Australia at its stunning best, the colours! You will not regret this incredible tour.

This was a trip of a lifetime. Luke's experience and knowledge of The Kimberley is outstanding. From the camel ride on the first evening to the Sea Plane to the Helicopter ride to Twin Flame Falls and everything inbetween we were treated like rock stars. The food and accomodation was excellent. We would definitely recommend a trip with Ventur Atlas anywhere and we will be doing another one in the near future.

This tour is a definite bucket list item. From the moment we arrived, we were waited on hand and foot. We did the luxury tour which included 3 trips through the spectacular falls at different tide times, 3 delicious meals cooked by our onboard chef and alcohol was included, a fishing trip, swimming in a cage next to some sharks and a stay overnight on a houseboat. Our cabins had an ensuite and a very comfortable bed. The staff were all absolutely amazing, learnt everyone’s names and were so helpful. They certainly made the trip very memorable. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Just wanted to drop you a review to thank you for a fantastic 15 day Kimberley camping tour. It was such a unique and magical experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. You put a lot of thought and energy into the tours, and that didn’t go unnoticed. Like leaving camp on time so that we could arrive at the gorges first to enjoy a few moments before the crowds, or at the right time for the sunlight, making sure we all hit the camp showers before the hot water ran out, daily campfires, always a muesli bar or apple/orange at hand, ensuring our water bottles were full, and always a helping hand across a water course or over a difficult rock. Your knowledge of all things Kimberley and beyond is incredible. I don’t remember a question you couldn’t answer. The meals were expertly cooked and delicious. Hard to achieve when you’re also catering for a vegetarian and a GF tragic 😩 The itinerary was a great balance of high energy hikes and an afternoon or a day of relaxation/sight seeing which suited us old buggers 🤣 We loved how easy going and genuine you were and how quickly you became attuned to our capabilities and personalities, and your sense of humour made us feel comfortable with that. There were so many gorge highlights but I’m not going to list them only to say it was the most thrilling 15 days we have spent in WA. We hope to be back this way again one day.Thanks again Bryce, we had a bloody good time.

A very well organised tour. Lots of variety, from spending time with an Aboriginal family, cruising the Ord River, to staying on an outback ranch. Learnt heaps. Our 2 guides were good at their jobs. The evening meals they prepared were delicious. We were a group of 11 people, the oldest being a fit 77 year old. Sometimes it was the heat rather than the difficulty of the track that kept some of us back in the shade. It was FUN. I would do it again. Thank you Bryce

If you are looking for a trip to the Kimberley, this is possibly the best personalised guided tour. The tour is not cheap but no expense spared. We had Luke as our personal tour guide for the whole trip. My husband and I were flown in a private plane by our pilot Nell who accompanied us for the entire trip. The flights saved us a lot of travel time and gave us a great aerial view of the region. The accomodations were first class. For example Cable beach resort villa with private plunge pool, glamping in Mt hart lodge, the best suite with balcony on the overnight houseboat.

Wow what a trip! In all our travels this has been the most impressive landscapes, flora, fauna focused trip we've had. Nothing was too hard, everything was above and beyond our expectations. Luke was a fantastic guide who thought of everything and added a certain excitement and detail we've not had on any other tour. We would absolutely recommend this trip, and tour company. Absolutely 100% a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 star experience.

What a marvellous tour , we treated ourselves to the 2 night stay with pearl farm talk and the next full day cruise to Horizontal falls . Ollie greeted us to take us out by tender boat to the Ohana Vessel ( we were lucky to see a tiger shark on the way ) The Captain Graham and his team were all there to greet us and the service, comfort, food , views were beyond excellent. Whilst waiting for others to arrive Dennis and Graham both came and introduced themselves and clearly love what they do . Guy our chef was amazing serving up 4 course breakfast and the 7 course degustation menu over the day was of the highest quality taste and presentation. And the all inclusive drinks had something for everyone I personally loved the pina colada slushies. We were lucky to also see up close in Tender boats the phenomenon of the Horizontal falls in action and a rock wallaby on a rock ledge. Would return and do it all again, would probably bring the caravan and stay a bit longer with so much to see and do.

What a trip, a full day journey through some of the most picturesque scenery. The staff were great even Ollie, Graham ran a tight ship with heaps of info & time for the customers. I am not sure where the fun & food started & finished but a fuller day I doubt you would find anywhere, the food was next level maybe 10 courses during the day I lost count. You didn’t feel stuffed but felt more like excited for the next course. Dennis was definitely a people person with nothing an issue & this reflected on all the staff with service second to none. I would definitely recommend this cruise as we were lucky enough to pick them ourselves.

Recipe for a perfect Kimberley tour 1/ forge agreement with a group of friends (11+) to a private tour with Outback Horizons. Allows you to tailor the tour to the group's preferences 2/ having done your own research, liaise with Bryce and carefully consider his suggestions - he has tested many variations of undertaking The Gibb and knows his stuff - this includes minimising of one night stays and not trying to cram everything into one trip, while also doing justice to the most epic locations, e.g. very glad we were persuaded to spend 3 nights at both Purnululu (Bungles) and El Questro 3/ apply YOLO principles to the expense – once you’re on the trip and understand what you’re getting for your money, it is great value 4/ throw in Clancy and Steve as your driver/guides/chefs - join local boy/man Clancy in bombing competitions off rocks, but also observe him adroitly managing group dynamics; always with humour - while Steve is not as funny as Clancy (sorry Steve), he has a great depth and breadth of knowledge of the natural and cultural features of the Kimberley; both are very respectful of culture and country 5/ add wonderful guest guides at key times – at Purnululu, aboriginal guide Bec had us amused and enthralled, and also touched our hearts 6/ have Bryce behind the scenes pre-empting and mitigating external provider errors, minimising any inconvenience – extraordinarily responsive and effective 7/ then submit to the magic of the Kimberley

Never thought I would do a bus journey into the Kimberley. There were only 9 on the tour and it was a fantastic experience. Mt Hart accommodation a bit rustic and needs to be improved.

My wife and I just returned from an adventure through the West Kimberley with Ventur Atlas, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. Wow where does one start What an awesome trip . From the moment arrived in Broome the excitement had started - Camel ride on Cable Beach at Sunset to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm then to Horizontal Falls ( absolutely a must do for anyone travelling in the West Kimberley ) Helicopter trip to Twin Flames Falls ( an amazing place) to enjoying such gifts of nature as Bell Gorge - Windjana Gorge & Tunnel Creek . A big thanks must go out to Luke ( our host ) who made our journey an experience never to be forgotten. This trip is a MUST !!!
