Zurich Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Nico was an amazing tour guide He made the whole experience very smooth and informative We had a great time

We enjoyed a lovely tour with our guide Adolfo. He was professional and informative. We are so informed now and will explore places that he highlighted. Highly recommend if you are visiting Zurich.

Daisy was a great tour guide. Not only did she take us to the best chocolatiers, but she shared her knowledge of the industry and also Zurich and Switzerland overall. Her English was excellent and she is very friendly. A wonderful way to spend a couple of hours in Zurich!

What a tour! While I wasn't planning on a private tour, we only had one other couple with me and my wife. Our guide Constantin was amazing. I knew we had a tight timeline prior to the tour and Constantin was in instant communication with me. He shortened the trip in time, but not in terms of seeing all of the sights. We were active as we walked, took a cruise on Lake Zurich, took an Uber, took a cable car, a train and a street car....we used multiple modes of Zurich's transportation system. Fortunately, the weather was perfect and the crowds were small. We had lunch on our own, at a remarkable restaurant at Felsenegg.Constantin was very knowledgeable about the sights, the Swiss people and the history of the area. We learned a lot.If you're short time and need a comprehensive overview of Zurich with great views, select this tour.

Epik describes it best! The trip from the car-hotels-stops on the way were truly the best experience you could ask for. Stephan made sure everything was perfect-highly recommend!

It was a wonderful tour. Not only does our guide Daisy, know all about chocolate, she also talked about Swiss history, demographics and culture.

This is a great way to learn the city and see amazing things from water and cable car. Our guide Constantin was excellent!

Greg was a wonderful guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and charming.

On time, safe, reliable and the tour guide is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the trip. There was enough time at each part of the tour to take photographs and explore

This was an awesome tour! Our guide Nico was very knowledgeable and took us to some great chocolate places.

Excellent Service. Trip was well organized and guide was amazing. She did a thorough explanation for city we visited. It was highly recommended

Dave was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we met him, he made us feel as though we had been friends for years and he was simply showing us around his hometown. By the end of the day, we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process—from booking and planning to checking in on us the following day to make sure the rest of our travels were going smoothly. His passion and excitement for Switzerland were truly contagious, and you could tell how much he genuinely loves sharing his home with others.I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the “real Switzerland” from Zurich. Dave customized the day specifically for us, taking us to the places we wanted to see while also offering wonderful suggestions along the way. The boat ride was definitely one of the highlights, but there were so many special moments and memories made throughout the day that we will hold dear to our hearts forever. If you’re considering booking this tour, do it! You won’t just see Switzerland—you’ll experience it through someone who truly loves his country and wants you to fall in love with it, too. We are so grateful for the incredible day we had with Dave!

Theresa was our guide and she gave a fabulous tour. She was so knowledgable and answered all the questions our group had. She was friendly, warm and welcoming. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her tour. And, the chocolates were delicious.

Santi was a brilliant guide, a good mix of history and local knowledge about Zurich. Well organised meeting point

This was a very worthwhile and excellent tour - we highly recommend. The Private Tour which we highly recommend made a huge difference - the knowledge, and understanding Gabi has of the tour made it perfect. He was also able to include details and sights no experienced in larger group tours.

Great walking tour of Zurich! We got to see many beautiful parts of the city. There were lots of steps, and definitely worth it for the amazing views and scenery. A few things were unfortunately not open during our visit, but a great way to explore beautiful Zurich.
