The class was fun , we made ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, and the instructor Eddy was amazing.

Had an absolute blast at this pasta and tiramisu cooking class! Edoy and Kian were phenomenal instructors from start to finish. Edoy’s vibrant energy brought the entire room to life, making the whole experience so much fun, approachable, and joyful. Not only did we learn authentic techniques, but we also got to enjoy incredible food and great company. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable, hands-on culinary experience!

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly! She really brought the history to life with her experience. She regularly checked on our well being! This was the best guided tour I have been on!

We need to be on time for this experience our taxi was getting caught in the traffic for a long time and we were late to the tour. We were panicking and thought for sure that we missed this tour but the lady that organized the tour called us and hunted us down and put us on the next tour we thought that was really impressive. Thanks

Our guide Massimiliano gave us an unforgettable night tour of Rome. We'd already spent two days walking much of the city, so he asked what we wanted to see and customized the route for us, which made all the difference. He took us to places most visitors don't get to, like the Pyramid of Cestius and some incredible lookouts over the city. You can tell he genuinely loves his job. He took the time to explain everything and patiently answered our many questions as he drove us from site to site, and he even hopped out of the cart to take photos of us in front of the sights again and again. Seeing Rome lit up at night was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend Massimiliano and Rome by Cart!

Such a fun experience! 🍕🍷 We enjoyed Prosecco, wine, limoncello, and different kinds of pesto, then made our own pizza and gelato. The host Eddy was hilarious and shared lots of interesting stories about the food and drinks. The whole team was great, and the small group made it even more fun and relaxed. Definitely a highlight of our time in Rome! 🇮🇹

We scheduled this night tour after arriving in Rome at 10:30 am on purpose knowing we would be tired upon arrival. It was beautiful to see many of the attractions lit up at night. We only had 2 days in Rome so it gave us a glimpse of many of the things we wanted to see but didn’t have the time to. It was wonderful! Definitely worth it!

Luca was an exemplary teacher. I have never made pasta before and he made the process seem so simple. The pasta came out amazing! I highly recommend and when I’m back in Rome, I will be paying another visit!
