Great tour. Guide was local, knowledgeable & enthusiastic. Bus was comfortable. Had a good amount of time to visit at the stops.

That the address on the email is NOT the address to catch the bus. Thanks to the helpful Hop On Hop Off bus man, we did manage to get to the bus! Otherwise we would have waited at the wrong address. You need to put the correct pickup address on ALL correspondence.

There are several buses on the route and 16 stops. One does not have to wait long for the next bus, except sometimes they are quite full. The only difficulty was knowing where to start. It would be nice if the Cool Destinations confirmation gave an address for that. There were free earbuds and a great narrated tour as we went along.

Rene was a great guide, both informative and amusing, although he was difficult to hear at times because of traffic, construction activity and a helicopter! Really good introduction to Old Montreal.

Long steep hike in and out to/ from boat. Older and less fit persons could have problems. Clean boat, restrooms and snack bar. Human narrative in English and French. Very good

Highly recommend this trip. We didn’t get the guide’s name (we sailed on the 1.30pm cruise on September 13) but the guide was truly excellent. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. The trip was very enjoyable and the views of Parliament Hill were fantastic.

AJ was a knowledgeable and fun guide. We would go again. There is a lot of food - next time we would carry a pack so we could sample food at each stop and take the remainder back to the room. Pay attention to Jewish holidays as it may impact which places are open.
