Ha Long Bay Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

A thoroughly enjoyable one day tour of Halong Bay. The staff were friendly and focused on us having a great time in Halong Bay. Well done Jimmy and team. Thanks for making our day in Halong Bay into a memory that will last a lifetime.

Sam, our tour guide was so kind, patient, and fun. He showed us around and guided us through the whole trip. I enjoyed the tour. Thank you!

We had a great experience with our Tour guide sam. Highly recommended!

Very nice experience, me and my friend loved to be here

Excellent day out, excellent tour guide Johnny as well as fantastic service on the boat. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Very friendly, funny, and informative tour guide and staff! yummy lunch buffet, value was great, boat was comfy and smooth. the planned sights were gorgeous too!! wish communication for pick up was a little bit better, if they dont reach out then take the initiative to whatsapp them directly on their website.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Sam was also a great guide.

Was an absolutely unreal experience, and our tour guide Phong made it even better. Would highly recommend!

The whole experience was outstanding. Jhonny was really helpfull from the begining till the end, allways with fun facts and a great sense of humour. The boat was far much better than I expected and also were the activities we did. Kayak, speedboat, beach time. Nothing was spared. We even got a happy hour on the boat and with Tom as a great cocktailman. His Piña Coladas are really good!Hi as a manager was all the time also guiding us and available for anything that might pop up.I'm very thankfull to all the crew.

A fantastic day trip to cover what Ha Long Bay is known for without having to do an over night cruise. For early September, we did not feel rushed anywhere and the crowds everywhere were very minimal. Would highly recommend this cruise group, all the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Everything ran on time as well.

Phong is a humorous guide, very informative and take cares of us well. thanks for the good experience at Ha Long Bay!

Phong was a great tour guide, engaging and smooth schedule planning

The whole experience was great. Phong was a really good guide. He explained everything really amazingly. The whole experience is a must try. Being a vegetarian I was a bit skeptical of the experience but the food served on the cruise was really goos as well with a lot of options.

Everything was super! The service, the guide - everything!! 😊

Such a fun day in Halong Bay! We enjoyed the boat trip, kayaking, and the amazing views. Sam was a wonderful guide.

My wife and I really enjoyed the trip.
