Wonderful sea trip, even though we saw a group of dolphins very quickly, the team continued to look for other spots and allowed us to see a sperm whale and other dolphins. Team really top-notch, friendly and professional.

I highly recommend tours with H2O Madeira. They have a simple booking system and excellent customer service. Both the skipper and the guide were very friendly, helpful, and eager to share their knowledge. I didn't see any marine mammals on my first trip—naturally, there are no guarantees when it comes to wildlife—but the boat ride itself was a cool. Upon returning, I was offered the choice of a refund or rescheduling the tour; I chose to go out again, and the second time, we encountered three different species of dolphins, seeing both small groups and large pods. H2O takes great care not to disturb the animals, which is a real plus. A moving and beautiful experience—I will definitely be back! 💙

The guide was great and very knowledgable about the flaura and fauna, if you like hiking it’s a must. For the waterfall bring swimming shoe or something as the rocks are quite sharp there.

It was really great. I was picked up from the hotel and in a small group (15) we went comfortably along the 25 Fountains. Our guide showed us the best photo spots and kept explaining the magnificent fauna or construction. He also took good care of our group and made sure that we were doing well and that everyone was there. Sturdy and preferably waterproof footwear is really important for the trail. There are also 2 stops at the beginning for the restroom or to stock up on food and drinks. Definitely recommended.

We had an amazing guide Lucy and she was so knowledgeable and so attentive, we learned a lot and had amazing food and views along the tour!

Lucy was a wonderful tour guide, so knowledge and personable. Last minute change and my husband could not go so I went on my own. I changed the itinerary and had a wonderful time at the Botanical Gardens and taking the cable car back to the city. Would highly recommend this tour company.

Our guide Gama , interested in every road we take and all the spots we visit by his stories about the places He even got the stroller for our son, which made our trip easy with 18months toddler Highly recommended booking with this tour operator and having Gama as your guide

Very good informative tour of the food that is grown on the Island. I have learnt a lot about the island and its people. The lunch on the mountain Resturant was excellent all local ingredients and cooked fresh. Our tour guide answered all our questions and we both came home very satisfied with the day tour.

We went out on their whale and dolphin boat tour on Tuesday 25th August and within five minutes, we were surrounded by spotted dolphins. Things got even better when we got to see two incredible sperm whales! Our guide was excellent—so funny and packed full of interesting facts (sadly didn't get his name, but he was brilliant!). Cannot recommend this company enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fabulous day had with our guide and driver, Ben. Very knowledgeable and friendly and we both enjoyed our walk and the company of our group. The walk itself is set mostly through trees and does have many steps, both up and down. Finishing with a walk through a 800 metre tunnel. Highly recommended.

A great trip but be warned there’s a lot of steps down and up- a reasonable level of fitness required. Waterproof hiking boots would also be a good idea for walking through the tunnel at the end- the water will potentially come up to your ankles. Our guide Marta was fantastic!!

Lucky is a fabulous tour guide and driver. 4 of us totally enjoyed the tour she recommended and we had a great time. She is so knowledgeable and speak great English. We highly highly recommend it if you are interested in having a private your in Madeira.. by the way, they provided a nice and comfortable car which we had plenty of leg room and space..

This was such an amazing, authentic experience that really allowed us to fully understand the island of Madeira, the people, and their overall lifestyles. Our tour guides were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, understanding and overall had such wonderfully upbeat moods and personalities. They answered every single question we had, and took their time to ask and make sure we were enjoying our experience throughout the tour. We loved seeing everything, especially since we know we wouldn’t have come across those places and activities on our own. Thank you Lucy and Bryan for a great experience!

An amazing experience with a talented and knowledgable crew , we were lucky enough to see a brides whale , pilot whales and bottle nosed dolphins . And was an excellent start to our 30th anniversary day !!
