Blue Mountains Travel Guides (Updated October 2026)

Jay was an outstanding guide. He was friendly, humorous and extremely knowledgeable about many things. I enjoyed every place we went.

Steve our driver was very knowledgeable and took care of the group very well. A tour very worthwhile doing and you will get to see places a lot easier than if you planned it yourself. Although 10 hrs the day seemed to pass very quickly. Boat trip at end a good way to return to Sydney.

Fantastic, it was an excellent excursion; we were picked up right on time and Rocky was a great guide—highly recommended.

A great day tour. We started the day with a great introduction to Sydney’s history narrated by our magnificent tour guide, Rocky! We then went to the Blue Mountains where we were witnesses to God’s work, with stunning and scenic views. We walked through the park and got to see waterfalls, local birds and beautiful plant life.We Proceeded to have lunch at a beautiful local town. It’s early spring and the town was dazzling in colors with all the spring flowers. Rocky made great lunch suggestions. Then we went to the Animal park and got see Australia’s many beautiful species. I got to even take pictures with a Koala Bear (bucket list For me) and fed kangaroos. During the entire day, Rocky made sure that we kept to our schedule and provided important information and history of all we saw. I totally recommend this tour and hopefully you will be lucky to have Rocky as your guide. I wanted to point out that this tour company was excellent with communication prior to the trip. I needed to change my date and they were very easy to work with. They initiated communication right away and made sure that we knew the expected weather prior to the trip.

Craig was a wonderful guide and, as promised, took us to remote areas so we could enjoy the scenery without big crowds. There were only five of us total. My party of three had a great time.

A great day spent off the beaten track. Craig was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and personable. Will highly recommend this tour.

Great way to get around the many walks at the blue Mountains

This company excels in their product, They only go to Blue mountains so the hotel recommended them. With hotel drop off, taking us top each attraction. extra time at Scenicworld for the kids to enjoy a grand day. Saw all the Aussie animals at Featherdales too. We even had a picnic lunch at a lookout and we were taken back to our hotel. A very special day.

Our choice was to make our own tour with a professional guide and the with Darren’s guide was perfect . We this time wanted more time and we went from 7am to 8pm no trouble at all to Darren we saw so much it was great.

Down in Sydney for a party on Sunday decided to make another trip to the Blue Mountains. It's just nice to get out of the city for a day of short hikes, a good lunch and a little shopping in Leura. Dave obliged and returned us early for the evening Opera House show. It was a relaxing day with Dave an absolute pleasure.

Having been in Sydney some 10 years ago we decided it was worthy of another visit, not much has changed. We were pleasantly surprised when we researched a private tour to the mountains that they do that one. Last time was on a bus, this time we saved up a little more money to afford a private trip. It is well justified as you get the maximum from the day, particularly having Dave. He took us to lots of different places in the mountains to last time and the entire day was viewing beautiful scenery , particularly liked going off track down to the Megalong Valley for lunch stopping off at Govetts Leap. Another grand day.

Fab day biking all the best sites of the Blue Mountains. Sam was an organised guide who gave great info on the area. Tracks were easy to follow using the pins Sam sent and a great day biking was had by all!

We had the most amazing day! Blue Mountains Biking Adventures were easy to deal with, extremely helpful and informative of everything we wanted to see and do, they were super friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this adventure to anyone wanting to get back to nature and explore the mountains.

We enjoyed a lovely day with our knowledgeable guide, Kunal, who gave us a very detailed account of all the interesting places we experienced. We got a really overview of Sydney and it's history.

We had a great time! Rocky was super friendly and helpful. He made sure to point out everything as we made the drive up to the Blue Mountains and guided us through Scenic World making sure we rode all the rides across and down to the bottom. He toured us around the rainforest as well. In Leura we stopped for lunch and he gave tips on places to eat. Our last stop at Featherdale Wildlife park was amazing to see the animals up close especially the Koala Experience. We highly recommend this tour!
