An unforgettable and memorable experience along the Algarve coast!
To say that my family and I loved the catamaran tour along the Coast and Benagil Cave. It was, without a doubt, the highlight of our vacation! The 3.5-hour tour is incredibly scenic and offers breathtaking views, showing the true beauty of the Algarve coast. We left Marina de Vilamoura and passed through fantastic places such as Praia da Falésia, Olhos de Água, Praia dos Tomates, Gruta do Ninho da Andorinha, Capela de Nossa Senhora da Rocha, o Submarino, o Arco de Albandeira, Gruta do Capitão, and finally, the stunning Praia da Marinha and Gruta de Benagil (beautiful).
The atmosphere on board is perfect: relaxed, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The catamaran is fantastic, very spacious and comfortable, ideal for walking, sitting and relaxing. It still has bathrooms and a well-equipped bar (which accepts cards, which is wonderful). Because it is a larger boat, the navigation is much smoother and more stable.
The big difference of this experience is, without a doubt, the crew.
The service deserves a top rating, with a 5-star service from check-in to departure. At the reception, we were welcomed by Mrs. Alzira, super nice, who explained the tour to us in detail. On board, the crew, Vítor, Ema, Carlos, João, and Valter (the helmsman), the captain so skilled that he took us incredibly close to the caves to appreciate and photograph the stunning and magnificent views.
Vítor, who was our guide, is extremely knowledgeable about the local history and geology, in addition to being very humorous and fluent in several languages (Portuguese, English, and French), shared the history and geology of the coast in a light and captivating way.
The nice Ema got the refreshing drinks at the bar and, on the way back, after a refreshing dip in the sea, we were still treated to a courtesy of regional sweets and local and national liqueurs.
I highly recommend the tour of the Coast and Benagil Cave for those looking for an unforgettable moment in the Algarve.
We will certainly return next year to repeat the trip. A huge thank you to the whole team, well done!
