This cooking experience is well worth the price. Maria’s beautiful home is a wonderful venue for preparing and enjoying fresh local ingredients. I learned some new techniques and recipes that I will use when I return home.

Pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of the expert Linda, who made sure to put us guests at ease, thus managing to create a welcoming atmosphere for the entire duration of the experience. Her passion came through with determination and love!!! I recommend the experience as it turns out to be complete: viewing the museum that tells the history of the family and the tools used, and then moving on to viewing the wheels in the aging room. The explanation was clear and very engaging! The best parts were obviously the practical ones: the cheese tasting where you learn a lot of new things and the creation of your own caciottine to take home. It is impossible not to stop for an aperitif as well, where the cheeses are accompanied by some super cold cuts! Excellent experience all around! And the place full of people denotes its qualities.

They gave us an experience of visiting, tasting, and creating our own flavored caciotte cheeses. An experience that I would define as wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by how they presented the history, the curiosities, and the processes with passion and extreme professionalism and competence. Linda followed us and accompanied us on this experience in a beautiful way, making us live the whole journey and even the creation of our caciotta with emotion and fun. The place is very well-kept and all the dishes that we then stopped to taste were very tasty and delicious. They certainly won us over and brought us closer to the world of cheese

This was so much fun! Maria welcomed us into her lovely home and taught us how to make delicious pizza and tiramisu. We also enjoyed prosecco and appetizers in her beautiful garden. It felt like cooking with family.

Maria was excellent and patient. My family and I loved it and would do it again without hesitation!!

Maria and Paula were warm hosts who memorably conveyed their knowledge of the preparation of pizza and tiramisu through words and deeds. There were also many insider tips on preparation. The finished dishes were of course immediately eaten together with a good sip of prosecco. Soon we will book the pasta course!

Maria Antonietta was such an incredible host and teacher! We were thrilled to have booked an experience with her while staying in Treviso, but she exceeded all expectations! Maria is a warm and gracious host; her home is lovely with a stunning garden where she had a beautiful table set. We started with some prosecco in the garden to get to know each other and then moved inside where we worked on a menu of puff pastry appetizers (she handmade the pastry before we arrived - it was absolutely delicious!) as well as ravioli and traditional tiramisu! Maria made the whole experience so easy and fun and when it came time to eat, we were joined by her husband and he shared some really special wine from his collection with us and they spent what felt like the whole afternoon chatting with us, making us feel so very welcome. We were very excited to visit Treviso and we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Maria and her husband as they are both born and raised in Treviso! They were so knowledgeable and helped us with wonderful recommendations for dinner that night too! Maria even packed us food to take with us when we left and we promised we would be back to see them again, and we truly can't wait for that day! We cannot recommend Maria enough, she is amazing!

It was an excellent experience. The tasting with wine pairing was delicious. The cheese is good, and we really liked it.

Super knowledgeable and friendly host. Really proud of what they have achieved. Informative Tour which was hugely enjoyable. I think we overrun by half an hour but we were having such a good time

We arrived at Maria’s house late as google maps took us to the wrong place! Maria and her family were very welcoming. Maria’s expertise in making pasta and tiramisu was superb. After making all the dishes we had time to relax while Maria cooked them for us. It’s the best pasta and tiramisu I have ever tried. Maria’s family were lovely and we had an amazing experience.

This was a 5 star experience. Maria taught our class and was very knowledgeable, fun & pleasant . She answered all our questions & gave us great recommendations.

Maria A. was an excellent hostess and teacher. She graciously invited us into her home, which is not far outside the city wall, to cook in her kitchen. She imparted helpful hints, so even if you are familiar with Italian cooking, you will benefit. My friend and I had an enjoyable 4 hours and came away sated, with good memories and recipes.

A little anxious at first that, when advised the address in the countryside, I wouldn’t be able to make it on public transport but I needn’t have worried.To my relief and gratitude, Gabriella’s daughter very kindly met me and returned me to the local station. The experience was all I could have hoped for and much more, ideally suiting my passion for all things Italian but especially food, drink and convivial conversation with the most welcoming family - chief cook Gabriella, her champion (really!) pipe-smoking husband and supportive daughter Elisabetta. I could not have wished for more congenial hosts who welcomed me to their home, a smallholding in campagna with free ranging chickens and large light kitchen with plenty of work space. Although Elisabetta spoke English I was more than happy to speak Italian which I think was appreciated by Gabriella as she carefully explained each step and tips for making the authentic recipes. I had a wonderful day – with the time time we had made fresh pasta, a red radicchio and ricotta stuffed ravioli and tagliatelle with artichoke sauce followed by the most delicious tiramisu, feeling satisfied with what I’d achieved and with the especial pleasure for me as a solo traveller missing out on New Years Eve Cenone, of sitting down together in convivial company to enjoy the fruits of our labour – well I had kneaded the pasta! An excellent experience and highly recommended, thank you.
