Timy was a wonderful host, an excellent Chef and a truly delightful young woman. She opened her beautiful seaside home to us and showed us how to make the most delicious pasta dish we have ever eaten. It was a beautiful, very personal experience, sharing the day with her. We ate a big beautiful lunch on her covered porch 25 yards from the sea. It could not have been a better day. Highly recommend this five star experience.

We had an unforgettable tour of the winery and estate and then a private olive oil and wine tasting with a simple Sicilian lunch. We loved the authenticity of the presentation, the explanations, and the passion of the family involved in all aspects of the operation. The food, hand-made by one of the owners of the baglio herself, was incredible, especially the caponata. We have done similar tastings all over the Mediterranean, but this was our favorite of all time. We left with several bottles of wine and olive oil for ourselves and for friends back in the USA. We highly recommend.

We arrived at an absolutely stunning resort that has vineyards and olive groves. The property is beautifully manicured. The kitchen we cooked in is gorgeous . We were welcomed with a short tour of the property before the cooking started. We had two lovely women teaching us traditional Sicilian food and served the wine made on site. We chopped and diced and rolled bucatini pasta, stuffed vegetables and sardines and many other foods. We ate and drank for 3 plus hours , laughed and felt like we were invited to a Sunday dinner with family! We waddled out full and happy! Best part of our stay in this region of Sicily!! Highly recommended!!

We booked the Sicilian cooking class, and the location is an absolute dream. From the very beginning – starting with the tour until the end – we were excellently accompanied by Greta.The chef Giovanna was very authentic, and it was simply incredibly fun to cook with her. The entire team is very friendly, and of course, the homemade food tasted excellent as well.We can definitely recommend the cooking class! Every cent is worth it!

This wine and olive oil tasting in the Sicilian countryside was a major highlight of our trip. Located at a historic estate, once the property of a Spanish Baron, the setting is beautiful and feels truly transportive. If you’ve never been to an actual tasting, this is the perfect introduction. The staff are excellent and provide insightful education on the tasting techniques. You will leave here feeling like an expert, with an appreciation for local Sicilian products!

We could not have been more pleased with this experience. The setting was beautiful. The class was exceptional. We made so many kinds of pastries. Sfinci, cannoli, sesame biscuits. They even accommodated one of our gluten intolerance with a delicious almond cake. Guido, Enza, and Giovanna bake with joy and we laughed the whole time. Such a great experience. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the cooking class hosted by Gianfranco and his mother Maria. They made us very welcome and taught us so much about making three different kinds of pasta. The wealth of knowledge that Gianfranco had to share was outstanding. Please arrive with room in your stomach for you will not only eat the meal that you helped prepare but a lot of other scrumptious food as well. We were also very impressed with the decorations in the room making it such a lovely environment. This was one of our highlights of our trip to Sicily !

We had the most amazing evening at the home of @timyinsicily. We made fresh pasta busiate trapanese and cannoli with ricotta, paired with aperol and white wine. The food was delicious and we learned so much about Sicilian cooking and ingredients. The host was so friendly and welcoming, and our dinner sunset view was spectacular. A very special experience - 10/10!

Beautiful winery, beautiful family and delicious food. I will definitely be making the dishes when I get home. The food we cooked was served with wine and the wine was excellent. Really loved the sparkling Rose' and ended up buying a bottle of the Zibbibo and some olive oil to take home with me.

An all-round exceptional cooking class in a dreamlike atmosphere! The beautiful Baglio immediately impressed with its special charm and provided a beautiful typical Italian ambience for this experience.The course was designed with incredible attention to detail – from the selection of ingredients to the presentation of the dishes, everything was thoughtful and authentic. We would particularly like to highlight the cook and the presenter who has made the course very special with her passion, warmth, expertise and very attentive and courteous nature.We got a wonderful insight into Sicilian cuisine and were able to get to know many traditional recipes and prepare them ourselves. The selection of our own wines was excellent and perfectly rounded off the culinary experience.The tour of the Baglio was also a real highlight and enriched the overall experience once again.Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food, authentic cuisine and a special atmosphere!

We joined the cooking class here and it was a truly wonderful experience. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared – from the warm welcome with Prosecco, wine, and a gift bag, to the aprons we got to keep. We cooked for about four hours, preparing everything fresh, and there was so much delicious food to enjoy. She showed us every step and made the class fun and authentic.We also had the chance to explore the hotel and even the wine cellar, which was a special highlight. Overall, it was an unforgettable day, and we can highly recommend this cooking class to everyone. Many thanks to the whole team – we had an amazing time!

Brilliant visit, thanks largely to the very personable and knowledgable Georgina, as well as the superb oils and wines and the generosity of the owners in providing such a fine feast although there were only two of us.

Georgina was an excellent guide! She gave us the history of the baglio (plantation), information about its contemporary cultivation, and detailed instructions on how to do a technical olive oil tasting, our first! The wines made with heritage grapes, like the perricone, were delicious, as were the wines made with more common varietals (the chardonnay was especially good). This small and intimate tour is a great treat for your tastebuds -- and the location is beautiful too!

We had the MOST wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated as family. We were taken on a culinary journey as Gianfranco, Linda, & Mama Maria shared with us the rich culinary history of Sicily and Marsala. We learned how to prepare a most delicious 3 course meal which we then ate! Each course was paired with wine grown by the family, perfectly matched and memorable. It was truly the most enjoyable experience we have had as we have toured all of Sicily. Memories that will last a lifetime, food that was delicious then and will be when we make it again back home!!

This cooking class was the highlight of my Sicily trip. I highly recommend it to any visitor to Sicily, even if cooking is not your thing. We learned so much about the area and history from the guide and translator, Guido, and topped it off with fabulous Sicilian dishes including wine from the estate. Giovanna showed us, then allowed us, to make the pasta and subsequent Sicilian dishes. She made it so much fun, lots of laughter. I’m not sure if she’s a Nonna or not but it felt like we were in our Italian relatives kitchen. Liubia (sp?) was there to help. All were so kind to us. Worth every penny and travel time to drive there.The small estate is beautiful. I know they offer picnics in the vineyard and wine tastings too. The cooking class is offered for 2-6 people so the class is intimate (a plus). Their specialty, besides wines, is Spat Stays, events, and weddings. I can see us coming back here on our next Sicily trip.

An exceptional moment of very high quality. A true typical Sicilian cook who won us over with her professionalism her kindness and generosity. All the staff are around us to translate us into all languages!!! We can understand each other very well. To do without hesitation Thank you again.
