We wanted to jet skiing while on holiday in Spain and asked the hotel rep Raquel to help. She immediately organised this with Alcudia jets and were picked up from Puerto Pollensa the next day by one of the team.On arrival were we given instructions and rules to follow prior to us going out. Our instructor John was helpful, considerate and professional during the time we were out. When we arrived at the cave to snorkel my daughter was dubious about going in so John kindly took her in, on the back of his jet ski.John also took lots of photos which can be purchased at the end.We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would like to thank Raquel, John and the team from Alcudia jets. We would definitely recommend.

Our trip was fantasic, easy to book, easy to find, very friendly staff, everything clearly explained to us regards how to use jet ski and saftey. Vlad our instructor was great throughout the tour. Always checking on everyone so you enjoy the maxium experience. The caves are a great life long memory for the family. Would definatly recomend and will be doing again.

Fantastic time on the jet ski’s with my 11 year old son, friendly competent staff, very attentive to all guests. The tour was so much fun and the setting was beautiful. Well worth it, would love to do it again now!

Good walk, I only recommend improving the Service of photos that were taken by taking them and already. The cave was only a little bit small but it was fine.

Fantastic staff who look after you throughout the whole experience. A must do if you go to Alcudia .

The instructor took you inside the cave and made pictures of it. after that we had a quick swim in the sea before you could go all the way with the jetski and ho super fast!

Our 2nd time using this comany and felt very happy to use them again. This experience was great, nice long time on the jet skis and jumping into spectular waters and entering caves. Very safe and secure at all times and staff very friendly and ensure you have a great time. This led us booking for the next day for a dolphin tour which was totally epic, early start but well worth it. Life time experiences for our boys and will be using Acudia jets again next year, we've never been this close to a dolphin before.

Went with 2 adults and 2 children (9, 12 ). We all had a great time. A really good run out on the ski's. Coastline is beautiful and we were able to stop at a few caves along the way. Had some time for a little swim also. Safety was taken seriously, which put me at ease especially with the children. It was my sons birthday and he loved every minute. We were not able to take cameras or phones which we were a little disappointed about being our sons birthday, but we were able to pay €20 and were sent lots of photos and videos soon after finishing.This should be advertised more as a really good idea Overall really good and enjoyable day.

This was a great experience. Lots of time driving in open water, great unique views of the coast and caves, time to swim and rest. All great.

It was a great time with friends, cool jets and beautiful places. The cave was very cool, never seen something like it. 100 would recommend.

I had a fun ride to the jack sparrow cave. The caves are small but beautiful. If you come for the ride and regard the caves as a goal then you won't regret it. The staff is friendly and helpful if needed. I definitely would book again with them.

Fantastic experience, great instructor, I managed to get the hang of it in 5 minutes because his instructions were clear. Managed to do some tricks too. Absolutely fantastic, will definitely do it again.

We went on the Jack Sparrow tour where we dive / swim into a cave which was both exciting and beautiful. We went on with the jet skis and got to see amazing views. The excursion was incredibly appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Alcudiajets for a fantastic experience! We will be back! 👌😎🤩
