The airport was very busy so we had to wait to check in at the Nexus desk for our private transfer. We were hoping for a driver waiting for us with a sign that was not the case. The Nexus reps were very friendly and helpful. The van was clean and cool. The driver was friend and drove safely. The return trip was perfect. Timely, nicely air conditioned and the driver was great. He pointed out things along the way and very personable.

Jose who helped us book coco bongo was a lovely man and gave us all the information we needed. Would recommend you book with him, he was very reliable throughout are whole holiday!

Mario is very nice and very accommodating guide. We are a group of 30 and bus is very nice and comfortable. The ride to the airport from Riu Republica is not too far. Mario is also early, he was already waiting for us at the lobby.

I scheduled my pickup 1 day before arriving in Punta Cana through the web, and while it is true when arriving at the airport counter they did not have my name, once they read my QR there was no problem and coordinated my transport quickly. I had booked the shared one, but in the end there were no more people on my route so it was just my husband and I so within 30 minutes we were already in our hotel.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Hilton La Romana in Feb 2025. Our flight home to Toronto ON was delayed by over 24 hours due to weather and other issues with Sunwing. We connected with Reynaldo, our Nexus Tours Rep, over WhatsApp and he immediately helped to coordinate our extended stay at the resort. He was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, checking in with us to ensure we were comfortable and kept us updated re: flight and transportation details. Quality and quiet service. Instructions to locate the NexusTour team on arrival accurate. Support to take questions easy. At my hotel, Riu Bavaro, Pablo was available in person helping every morning. Unless he speaks any language. Very helpful!

Very good driver and very nice with passengers however we had to wait 40 minutes for 2 people who never arrived.
