We booked with our son who is a wheelchair user and prior to going we had concerns that the tour wouldn't be for us. Well, it was and it was brilliant! Firstly, booking was made so easy by contacting directly and Ollie who we dealt with answered every conceivable question we had in fluent English. Due to our own time restrictions we had to book onto the Disabled Access Tour in German as the English tour was full. Our German is embarrassingly poor (limited to Danke and bitte!), so we fully expected the tour to be a visual one only. However. Veronica who was our tour guide was fabulous! She apologised at the start that it was a German tour but she would add in bits of English and apologised that her English "wasn't very good". She was being modest, her English was brilliant and she gave us so much of an insight into the club and stories and facts in perfect English (which we were very grateful for). Getting around woth our son's wheelchair was made easy too and we even got pitchside which made our son's day!Really informative tour and a brilliant guide, well worth the trip from Wales to Munich. A must do for any football fan.

We come from the Ruhr area and can highly recommend the arena with the museum and the tour. Unfortunately, it was 38 degrees that day and it is vacation time throughout Germany.Therefore it was incredibly crowded and there were no more wraps for vegetarians.The museum is incredibly fascinating, including the history behind it. The trophies were great to see, and it even tempts a non-Bavarian to buy a jersey. Great stadium, great history.

Our driver was great, on time (actually early), drove safely, and courteous. This was the perfect way to see the Eagles Nest and easily continue on with our other European adventures. The drive to eagles nest from Munich was about 2 hours. We spent about 3 hours there including grabbing lunch and walking around. It was a perfect overcast day. Then about 45 minutes to our hotel in Salzburg. It was worth the cost of being picked up and dropped off at our hotels and not having to worry about dragging our luggage around.

We had a great day touring the German and Austrian Alps. Our driver Tomáš was excellent and although the tour description indicated that the drivers are not actually tour guides, I would say Tomáš is as good as any tour guide we have used across many trips in Europe. He knew the area very well and was able to share a lot of historic knowledge mixed with a good amount of humor. Given that we spent a considerable amount of time in the car, the laughs made it go very quickly…The other thing that made this an exceptional tour was Tomas’s depth of knowledge in and around Salzburg. He knew both the notable landmarks and quite a few less known, but very interesting places to see and where to get some great food.

Though a rainy and cold day, Nikolai was the bright spot as our driver. He was prompt and delightful. We did expect a little more than just being dropped off at each destination, but we asked what we should do and see, and Nikolai gave us suggestions. This is a private driver with a self-guided tour and not a private guided tour...so set your expectations. We would still do it again, but it was very pricy for just being dropped off.

Loved seeing the stadium! Great to have transportation arranged so we didn’t get lost! Tour guide did great!

You get to see a bit of Munich whilst travelling to the stadium with commentary so you learn about the city and the football club. The entry is very smooth and you get time for a meal in the restaurant which is reasonably priced. The club shop is similarly good value when compared to English clubs. The tour was very informative and immersive with all key parts of the ground covered. The guide was vey knowledgeable and included the whole group. I was pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to go down the players tunnel and onto the entrance to the pitch (but obviously not onto it) as the Champions' League music played. A very good tour and highly recommended.

The tour started on time at 10:00. We traveled on a 2-story bus and the guide was on the first. The audio gets very damaged, even though she uses a microphone. Overall, it was a nice walk. Unfortunately the Bayern Museum was closed, but it was worth the tour.

Good city tour of Munich and a stadium tour of the Allianz Arena. Length of the tour was perfect and the cost was well worth the money paid.

The FC Bayern Munich tour was just amazing. We had a wonderful guide both inside the bus and also at the stadium. The bus was very comfortable with open roof so we had great views from the bus. The guide was very enthusiastic and kept up a wonderful commentary, She also engaged with my 8 year old by asking him questions. My tour booking was Booking reference ID XYK631951. Patrizia did an excellent job of making the sights of Munich interesting. She was easy to listen to, knowledgeable, and seemed so very nice and friendly in all respects. She was on top of things from the start. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide.Now for the negative. One of the travellers had obviously booked the wrong thing and so half the tour (on an english speaking tour) was given in German. It felt like the couple who had messed up, and budded in front of us in line in a rush, was given a private tour. No big deal, compassionate of Patrizia but it seemed like there was a lot of German being spoken.Mike, the tour guide from FC Bayern, is absolutely NOT a good tour guide. He simply displayed no passion or care and was very hard to hear and understand. The place is great, it was neat to see, but a guide who seemed interested in doing the job is a must. Mike is not that guy, word to the wise. He seemed only interested in being finished.
