Informative and engaging Irish coffee experience. The venue was easy to find and staff were nice. The host of our session was wonderful and fun. Only set back was not being allowed to go back and leave a tip.

Emily was a wonderful host! We made scones and apple cakes with two other couples. It was a great experience and the scones were not as difficult as I had imagined. I look forward to making them at home and adding different flavors. Once finished we sat down for tea and coffee as a group to taste our wares. It was fun to chat with a small group and share everyone’s experiences while in Ireland. Emily was happy to answer all sorts of questions about Ireland in general and share different recipes we were interested in. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! I wish I had remembered to take pictures of the food before we ate it, darn it!

Exceptional experience. I had a nice time with my group, the host was friendly and nice to talk with. Wine was serve throught the lesson, I don’t like wine and she was generous enought to serve whisky instead. The recepies are clear and easy to reproduce at home, and the dishes are delicious. The group I was in, was inclusive to speak with despite coming alone and not a native speaker. I had a wonderful time.

An outstanding experience. Chloe, our guide, was super knowledgeable and made the whole night fun. Learning how to make cocktails was a lot of fun. The Tayto break was a lovely surprise!

Went with my partner for something to do. we had a fantastic lady called chole, hard to put into words how great she was. she got us all some water so we could have something inbetween cocktails, she gave us crisps. she was excelent at explaining about each cocktail and the history behind it and made sure to engage with everyone. honestly the experience was already good but chole made it extra great so thankyou!you get 3 cocktails but you also get to sample each of the whiskeys if you would like too. you do every step of the porcess of the cocktail making and you have time inbetween to socialise with everyone and drink your drink. you can also win an extra one through a quize!thinking about returning around christmas if they have a seasonal one on!(chloe if you see this you were fantastic and we appreciate you!-katie and chris)

Nancy did a wonderful job explaining the history and the process of Irish coffees. This class was a nice break from walking Dublin. The only thing that would have made it better was if everyone had arrived on time. After we had made the coffees and Nancy started in with the history, two Americans came in. Nancy was very welcoming and we had a review of everything we had already learned. I think there should be a policy about late comers that doesn’t impact those of us who arrived on time or early. I’m an American and I was there early. It’s just unfortunate. Not Nancy’s fault. I’m sure it was equally as frustrating for her. Loved the information and learning the process and the WHY behind the process. Thanks Nancy!

We really enjoyed the Cocktail Masterclass! It was fun, well organised, and our instructor was brilliant, very knowledgeable, easy to follow, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was learning about their community garden and how they use some of ingredients they grow in the cocktails. It's a lovely initiative and gives the whole experience a much more personal and authentic feel. Definitely worth a visit!

Anne was fabulous and she taught us authentic Irish cooking. We met wonderful people and the food was delicious. We left stuffed and the stories she told us were wonderful.

The best part of our time in Dublin. Emily was an amazing host and baker. We made apple cake and scones. We sat at her dining room table and ate our baked goods with tea. Emily was like visiting with your own family. We bought a cookbook that she signed for us. We can't wait to go back and bake again with Emily. Its a must if your in Dublin...

Good value. Irish coffee with the history. Tour guide was excellent. Went with my mum and no previous experience needed and instructions were easy to follow.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Best Irish Coffee and can’t wait to make it when I go home.

We had a great time! The workshop ended up being a private lesson as we were the only ones who had booked a spot for that evening which was a nice surprise! It was a really fun evening, learning a bit about the Irish whiskey history and how to make the different cocktails which tasted great (even for someone new to whiskey). Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who’s visiting the area!

We had such a great time in this cooking class! The food was delicious and plentiful, and Ann kept the wine flowing. We had a great group and had a fun time getting to know each other while learning to make the yummy Irish staples. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys Irish food and drinks.

Emily is a wonderfully kind and down to earth host! We booked this experience because I've always had an aversion to baking. She helped me understand nothing has to be complicated. We baked scones and an apple cake. 10/10...highly recommend!
