Grampians Travel Guides (Updated October 2026)

An amazing experience of such a unique location. Mark was very knowledgeable and shared interesting facts and tips.

A must do ! Our guide, Ricky, led us on an informative, well paced & fascinating tour - with his wonderful sense of humour! Can highly recommend Ricky & the tour.

Ben was fantastic! The entire day from giving us a friendly smile to having cups of tea and Tim tams on the road to the beautiful tour of the Grampians! The entire day was fantastic! We also spotted kangaroos!!!

Had a great day in the Grampians, beautiful scenery and lovely key points seen along the way. Anthony was a fab guide and clearly very interested and keen to tell us lots of information, thank you!

The staff are so friendly & welcoming. Their experience of helping all levels of climbers is super broad, they can make anyone feel comfortable including a variety of age groups. They also have a tonne of knowledge of the area - from environment to where to eat. High recommend!

We spent two hours canoeing on Lake Fyans with our guide Kayla who was lovely. She gave us some hints on different paddling strokes, but otherwise allowed us to explore the lake and go to the more quiet and enchanting parts of it. At times, it felt like we were the only ones there. We also had a swim and a nice chat along the way. A great experience overall.

My partner and I had a great experience, our guide Chriss was very professional and fun. Made the experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks guys for a great weekend.

Highly recommend booking in for this tour. Well organised and so interesting. Ricky was such a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Wear something warm as it’s chilly in the cellars.

Fantastic experience. Mark conducted the tour and was very knowledgeable and entertaining with some of his stories. The Sparkling wine tasting after was also very thorough and informative. Enjoyable couple of hours being well looked after by Mark and Ricky Highly recommended

I had such a great time on the Grampians tour with Joe! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the whole trip. He shared lots of interesting information about the Grampians and made the tour fun and enjoyable.Joe was also very welcoming and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell that he enjoys what he does and wants everyone to have a great time. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you get Joe as your guide!

It's very beautiful experience in the National Park. All the views are amazing. Joe was a very good guide!

Great experience doing abseil and rock climbing as a first timer. Our guide was friendly, patient and encouraging and we felt safe throughout while having a fun and challenging time. Wonderful location to get a feel of what real rock climbing is about Having the gear supplied was also a plus - would recommend if heading to Halls Gap.

Thank you Finn for making this experience such a highlight of our trip to Halls Gap! With our hearts beating and adrenaline soaring we grabbed the opportunity with both hands. At first extremely cautious but with our highly skilled guide we quickly progressed from mere beginners to fairly confident individuals. Moving onto more advanced courses with ease. Thank you for the stories! Looking forward to pushing our comfort levels when we return to Adelaide. Here’s to going up not just down…

We had a great time. Ricky was a fun and knowledgeable guide and the history of the place is just amazing. We knew a bit being “semi-locals” but it was great to what and see so much more. The underground area is fascinating to see. Complimentary tasting was also great and the trying room/cafe is warm and welcoming. Loved the St Peters Shiraz!

We just finished the 1pm tour and tasting with Ricky after a spur-of-the-moment decision to stop in at Seppelts at Great Western. The tour was fascinating and Ricky did an excellent job. The sparkling tastes a lot better than it did during my teens! It was impressive to learn that the community had banded together to keep the history/hospitality arms of the business alive after a corporate change of direction. Thanks Ricky and well done to everyone who has obviously worked hard to preserve this fascinating piece of Australian history.

This was a wonderful . We were at the cellar door when one was about to start so the attendant asked us if we would like to join in . It was so interesting and Tyler made it also entertaining
