Cody Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Owen was awesome. He was polite and knowledgeable. He is a good driver and he helped the ladies out of the van. He has a good eye for spotting different animals and where to find them. He took extra time on things that interested the group and was always willing to take our picture wherever and whenever we wanted.

Our guides did a great job . Full of knowledge and humor. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Amazing morning with our guide Cody in the high desert. The views were unbelievable and we found 45 mustangs. It was great to watch the wild horses, but even if you're not interested in horses, the views are very scenic. I loved this tour and would do it again if I could. Thanks !

Had an awesome experience. Kody picked us up at our hotel. Shared information on the history and geology. Found the wild horse herd and had binoculars to use. Once the herd was found Kody setup a spotting scope for eveyone to use. Bucket list item checked off our list.

My husband and I went on a full day private tour of Yellowstone. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide Justin. He was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely passionate about the park. He shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, history, geology and beautiful sights of Yellowstone and he knew exactly where to take us for some truly memorable views. Justins enthusiasm and knowledge really brought Yellowstone to life for us and made the entire experience relaxed, enjoyable and fun. We saw and learned so much more than we would have on our own. I highly recommend Justin and CoveredGround Tours for anyone visiting Yellowstone. Justin was an outstanding guide and truly helped make our trip unforgettable!

Tour guild was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the tour seemed very high for what it was based on another tour that was taken at another national park a week later. A notice was received prior to leaving for the tour suggesting a 20% tip, considering the high cost of the tour this seemed out of line, we paid but thought it was high.

Tyler was an excellent guide. He took us. To some of the best spots on the lower loop. Highly recommend this tour company.
