Albert was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the island’s culture. He picked us up in a timely fashion and took us back just the same. Jermaine was also a great captain for the rafting ride and provided a fun and vibe filled experience.

Let me start off by saying how much of a vibes it was, the staff was so friendly. I love the welcome drinks 🍸 not to mention the vip section.. I really enjoyed the games and how welcoming everyone was. Looking forward to my next group visit.

My husband and I booked three different excursions with Reggae Tours during our honeymoon in Jamaica, and somehow we were lucky enough to have Oshane as our driver all three days. By the end of our trip, he genuinely felt more like a friend than our driver.Every time we saw Oshane getting out of the car to pick us up for another excursion, we were SO excited to see him again. He was incredibly friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and made even the longer drives some of our favorite parts of our vacation. We always felt completely safe with him, and before every excursion he made sure we knew what to expect and that we were comfortable.But what made our experience with Oshane so special was everything he shared with us about Jamaica. We loved hearing about the culture, everyday life, and the places and foods that he actually enjoys as a local. He gave us so many recommendations that we started treating them like homework! 😂 Because of him, we made sure to try jerk chicken, jerk pork, Jamaican patties, Blue Mountain coffee, and the ice cream he told us about. He even told us about his favorite local river spot. Getting to experience Jamaica through the recommendations of someone who calls it home made our honeymoon so much more meaningful.We learned about his life and Jamaica, and he asked us about our lives and what things are like back home in the States. We shared so many laughs and random conversations along the way, everything from life in Jamaica versus the States to American football. He even knew of the Kansas City Chiefs despite not following football, which naturally led me to Taylor Swift and a good laugh about how she made them famous anyway. 😂When you spend three different days with someone during such a special trip, they become part of the memories you take home with you. Oshane shared a piece of our honeymoon with us, and we will genuinely never forget him. I like to think we left a little piece of ourselves with him, too.We already hope to return to Jamaica someday, and when we do, we would absolutely book with Reggae Tours again. More than anything, we hope we get to see our friend Oshane again.Oshane, if you ever see this: thank you for sharing your beautiful country with us, for all the laughs and conversations, and for making our honeymoon even more special than it already was. Gilmore our guide was fantastic, he shared with us lots of interesting facts on route to the excursion and made sure we were well taken care of so thank you very much to him. The river rafting experience was fantastic, it was me with my 14yr old son and the people that work there made it very fun for him. We had music playing on the raft, we stopped to go on a rope swing and he even had a go of steering the raft, scenery was also amazing! Everyone was very friendly, I’d give this experience 10/10.

Great tour, loved our driver and the activities themselves. Family had a blast. Long drive from grand Palladium, but that was expected due to locations.
