Take a jacket, it might be warm, even hot onshore but out in the wind you cool down quickly. They do have jackets and blankets to use if you forget. I would also take sea sickness tablets, again they provide them. We had several whale sightings and also saw dolphins and seals. Great trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic time sandboarding! From the kids to the adults, everyone had an amazing experience and there were smiles all around. The guides were incredibly friendly, helpful and encouraging, making everyone feel comfortable and confident, even the first-timers.It was such a fun experience for the whole family, with plenty of laughs, excitement and unforgettable memories made along the way. The guides really made the experience even better with their friendly personalities and helpful tips.We couldn’t recommend this experience highly enough! If you’re looking for something fun and adventurous that the whole family can enjoy, definitely give sandboarding a go. We had an absolute blast and would happily do it all again! 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️🏜️☀️

Had the BEST time - the instructor was so friendly and helpful, everyone there was having the best time. Had water, shade and epic vibes. Even the ride there and back with the drivers was fun! Will be back for sure.

The best time you can have on 4 wheels. Do the 1 hour guided tour, It's perfect. I went on a perfect, sunny winter day and you could see everything. Bring water and sunglasses. There are 2 groups, fast and slow, so you can drive at your convenience.

Had so much fun, the place was awesome, beach ,desert, camels, 4 wheel drives . The people were nice.

My family and I were return customers for the fourth time. Every experience was as great as the last. The driver/guide is so knowledgeable about the history of the place. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. We loved the beach drive and surfing the sand dunes.

My husband and I were travelling around the East Coast and the Sand Dunes had been recommended to us by some friends who had recently moved out to Australia. They did not disappoint at all! The scenery was stunning and the tour was an amazing way to experience the Dunes. Bruce was really informative with all of his knowledge about the Worimi conservation area and an overall great tour guide - he took us to different parts of the dunes which meant that the tour was always interesting and exciting. Driving along the beach at the end of the tour snd seeing dolphins was just the cherry on top of a fantastic trip - thank you Bruce!

Fantastic experience!!! Very relaxed and entertaining. The boat comes well equipped with blankets, coffee, everything you need. Interesting tour guides who are extremely familiar with the ocean!

Excellent experience! Very friendly crew and very good commentary showing a in depth knowledge of the Port Stephens history and its marine life! We experience dolphins and whales!! Amazing!!
