Pamukkale Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

We enjoyed every minute. We booked directly with the Operator and the contact was very informative and smooth. We planed to go on Monday, but changed the flight to Sunday on short notice. No Problem! Pick up was on time, everything went smoothly. The Pilot landed the basket directly on the pickup car. Absolute recommendation from our sie. Super crew and pilot. They knew their job well.

Came to Pamukkale from Marmaris specifically to meet the dawn in a hot air balloon. We saw the whole process: how the balloon is inflated, lifted. The balls are run by very experienced people. Impressions sea. You see Pamukkale, dawn, other balls in the air. Climbing and landing are not scary at all. After the flight participants are congratulated and issued certificates.

Long drive there and back ie 6 hours return from Hisaronu and mini bus not too comfy We were the only English speaking people on trip however our tour guide Olga was excellent and gave the info in both languages

Was very busy with lots of kids. Maybe better to not go over a weekend. Also suggest early morning rather than mid morning.

The best tour agency around town. I had the most amazing time with the team at Turkey Magic Travel. They are very welcoming and very accomodating. I went with my sister for a family adventure trip and was not disappointed by the service. They really make you feel at home. A delightful tour that combines a natural wonder and ancient history! The snow-white terraces of Pamukkale with turquoise waters and the ancient city of Hierapolis with an amphitheater and ruins of temples left an unforgettable impression. The guide talked in detail about the geology of the thermal springs and the history of the city, making the tour rich and understandable. The included lunch at a local restaurant and entrance fees saved me from the organizational hassle. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to swim in Cleopatra's thermal pool — I felt a connection with antiquity! Excellent organization: a comfortable transfer, a logical route and time for a photo shoot. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see the cotton Castle in a day and touch the heritage of the Roman era. Delight and energy for the whole day!

It was fantastic. It was a perfect day, to learn and enjoy nature and history! We enjoyed it very much and our tour guide was amazing!

We came from Cappadocia and we didn't. We thought as an alternative it could be fine and was much better than expected. As the price difference was so great we were somewhat expectant. The experience was great and for a third of the price of Cappadocia. We were picked up at the hotel which is very comfortable. To “kill worm” more than spare. Very happy.

He takes photos for me, He is very considerate, He is very kind, and I had a fun trip. It was a wonderful experience to have a barbecue while watching the sunset at a restaurant on the top of Pamukkale that is not listed in the guidebook!

The flight was wonderful and very calm. The view of the surroundings of Pamukkal is beautiful. I recomend to all.

Very nice staff, very nice pilot, very well organised…best experience ever! We were picked up from the hotel at 5:15 and afterwards we were droped back after the flight!

We had a great experience on this tour. The balloon ride was beyond expectations. We had ample time to relax after the ride - our tour guide arrived on time and we enjoyed a private, full day tour in a comfortable van. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. One thing to note, the breakfast was a snack and the champagne toast was sparkling red juice. Don’t hestitate to book. Well worth the price.
