Professionalism and excellent organization

Unforgettable flight experience from Balão, over Monsaraz, Mourão and Albufeira do Alqueva in all its splendor. Enjoying the magnificent sunrise on Monsaraz. Gozez the flight, calm, to the taste of the wind. The Windpassanger staff was very friendly and helpful. The Guido demonstrated a fantastic mastery in handling the ancient art of flying, landing smoothly in the Alentejana plain.

Smooth flight, beautiful landscape, an unforgettable experience. Thank you to Guido and Fernando, who were amazing from start to finish and provided us with this memorable tour!

there are not that many reviews in Cool Destinations because the app makes it really difficult to find the right page to do a review... I stumbled on the right combination of clicks by accident. The experience is absolutely phenomenal, five stars. Guido is the pilot and he has been flying for more than 25 years, I am a pilot and in watching him and talking to him I can reassure people that he is extremely competent and safe and fun to do the ride with. It's a spec spectacular area with spec, spectacular scenery and just an all-around worth it experience by far.

Very soft! Go without fear! Experience to repeat. From the beginning the camaraderie with the staff and participation in the lides of"domar" the balloon. The flight over the Alqueva albufera and the beautiful airlandscapes made even more interesting by the humour of the pilot. In the end, whoever wanted and could helped empty the huge "coloured beast". For those who like photography, this is an experience where you get images for all kinds of sensitivities. Go, that's really worth it ☺️

The four of us (2 couples) booked a trip with the balloon and had Guido the owner of the Company as our pilot. A very experienced and pleasant person who answered all of the (sometimes quite technical/safety related) questions we had and treated us on a super sunrise ride from Monsaraz. We received good safety instruction and training before we boarded and had a nice wrap-up drink with his very helpful and professional "ground staff" after we made our (obviously) safe landing !It was the first time for all of us, but definitely worth a repeat.

We were fortunate enough to have our ride with the owner Gido (hopefully spelling this correctly). It was just 3 of us and one of my daughters is afraid of heights. He was amazing with her and discussing in detail his experience and how he controls the balloon. It was at sunrise and we had the most amazing views over Portugal. Highly recommend and highly recommend this company.

It was an amazing hot-air balloon experience. We were completely delighted! An excellent team, an experienced pilot, and a wonderful location - it was all worth it to wake up early and drive 2.5 hours to the meeting point. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot to the organizing team!

This was an absolutely stunning journey. We had fun, felt completely safe and were blown away by the views. It's such a peaceful experience, and even our small children had a great time doing it!I'm glad we opted for a private ride (arranged by our hotel, São Lourenço do Barrocal) for our family of four, as it gave us a chance to really take it all in. On top of it all, we learned a ton about the art of hot air balloon piloting.The end of the ride was capped off by a very smooth landing and a toast of delicious sparkling wine!All in all, I'd recommend this experience to anyone - from adventurous people to families wanting a memorable experience. I can't imagine a better way to see the beautiful Portuguese countryside than in one of Windpassenger's hot air balloons!
