We had an amazing experience with Tam @ BNT travel. She advised us perfectly on our Hue day and booked us Mr.Ty as our guide. He was fantastic, finding the right balance between adults with kids sightseeing. His knowledge and the way he presented it on our tour in and around Hue was absolutely top. As well to mention the driver Mr Quang - who we later booked through Tam as well the next day to bring us from Hue to HoiAn. Tam advised me personally perfectly even before coming to Vietnam and gave me lots of ideas. Fantastic client service!

He is one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had—kind, funny, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.He didn’t just show me the sights; he brought the history of Huế to life. Every story about the emperors, the royal family, the castles, tombs, and the history behind each place was explained with so much passion and detail. You can tell he truly loves what he does.The places we visited were simply breathtaking… wow, wow, wow! Every stop left me speechless, and Hao made the experience even more special by sharing fascinating stories and little details that I would have completely missed on my own.If you’re visiting Huế, I can’t recommend Hao enough. He made this one of the highlights of my trip, and I left with wonderful memories and a much deeper appreciation for Vietnam’s history. Having a private guide in Hue was wonderful because Hoa was completely flexible about how long we wanted to stay at each site. Hoa was very friendly and enthusiastic to share his knowledge with us and the whole day tour was great from start to finish!

My driver, Sam, was incredible. He went above and beyond by teaching me much about the sites and Vietnam, despite this being outside of his scope as my driver. Thank you, Sam!

We had a fantastic evening on this food tour and would highly recommend it. Mr Quang our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and incredibly organised. He did a wonderful job engaging our young children and made sure they felt included throughout the experience, which made it enjoyable for the whole family.Travelling around Hue by cyclo was great fun, and we always felt safe thanks to the experienced riders. We visited authentic local eateries that we never would have found on our own, and Mr Quang was incredibly proactive,he quickly found us tables at each stop, so there was no waiting despite how busy some of the places were. He was flexible and showed initiative to drop us off at the end of the tour at a hidden cafe for the best salted coffee after leaning we loved coffee.Most importantly, the food was outstanding. Every stop offered something different, and it was a wonderful introduction to Hue’s local cuisine. The tour struck the perfect balance between delicious food, local culture and family-friendly fun. Thank you for such a memorable evening!

Authentic street food tour with a friendly and very knowledgeable guide (ask for Mr Quang!!) wide variety of local dishes tasted!

Good contact after booking from the guide, meeting arrangements agreed, pick up on time. Nice car, very nice driver and guide, good knowledge of the local area and visit sites, courteous, polite and very helpful, all in all a good experience.

We booked a drive from Hoi An to Hue. Our driver, Sam, was incredible. On time, friendly, knowledgeable about the sites we visited as well as Vietnam history. This was a great way to get from Hoi An to Hue while also sightseeing along the way!

Luna gave me a tour of the city. She explained everything to me, and it was very interesting to have the city shown to me by a local. Highly recommended.

An ideal way to travel from Hue to Hoi An, whilst stopping off to see some of the main attractions . Apart from this side of it, our tour guide gave us so much information, not only about the attractions but also about day to day life in Vietnam. We learned a great deal from him. He was very willing to answer our questions about Vietnam itself, but also about his life too. It was a lovely day and we would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour began when our guide, Hoa, picked us up from Chan May Port in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. From there, we explored several of Hue’s most iconic sites, including the Imperial City (The Citadel), the Mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang, the Tomb of Khai Dinh, and the beautiful Thien Mu Pagoda. We also enjoyed a peaceful cruise along the Perfume River aboard a private traditional dragon boat, with a stop at a charming fishing village along the way.Lunch was delightful at a local restaurant, offering a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Throughout the day, Hoa proved to be both knowledgeable and personable, sharing fascinating insights into the country’s history and cultural traditions. His warmth and expertise made our visit to Vietnam truly memorable. At the end of the tour, he ensured we were comfortably returned to our cruise ship.

We had two guides Luna and Sunny. They were so kind and helpful, showed us some delicious local food and helped us get to our next destination. Very safe riding they took care of us. Would recommend for a nice experience of local culture !

A great tour with lots of history. Out guide aka "Tom" was very knowledgable, accommodating and the luncheon superb. Well worth the money (and especially on such a very hot day!!! The AC vehicle was much appreciated.
