We had an amazing day out with Cooly Eco Adventures! Staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, Jemma was a very skilled skipper and put us in the best positions for our swims, and Hayley did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe and ensuring everyone saw the whales. They were both so informative and really knew their stuff, with lots of amazing facts and answering everyone’s questions. Could really they respected the whales space and that our interactions were on the whales terms. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with awesome art work that blows your creative mind and is perfect for the whole family

We got the day pass at a good deal for 55 dollars a ticket and was able to do everything we needed to in a single day, which was great as last year we weren't able to do much. This time we did the week before school holidays, so we didn't have to wait in line much. The atmosphere was amazing, the park people were helpful and kind when we needed to ask questions and they answered to the best of their abilities, as I wear glasses to see, the staff were helpful in letting me know where I needed to sit as I can be a bit blind without them. It was a shame that there weren't that many larger rides in the back though they did look fun. I really want to try their shark one if possible next time, as it looked really cool, my 6-year-old was very disappointed she wasn't tall enough yet. My favourite part of the park was the Jane's restaurant and the decorations in the area. I kind of wish they could do something similar in the bigger ride area, as the rides seem to be sea themed. My 6-year-olds favourite area was the playground, though she wished for there to be a slide added. She loves the interactive areas the most, and we both enjoyed the movie experience.

Whales are such magnificent creatures and to get so close was truly an incredible experience! Lachie, the skipper and Tash were excellent and passionate guides. Lachie had a wealth of knowledge about humpback whales and the small boat size was perfect for a safari experience. But naturally, the whales stole the show! The whale interaction in the water, and from the boat felt really respectful to the whales, with the whales being able to dictate how close they got to us and how long they stayed. An unforgettable experience ✨

Great Company, great people. Highly recommend. Was an absolute blast! Communication was spot on from arrival to landing. Felt safe the whole way. The only downside was that it all happened so fast. Could have stayed floating up there for hours.

This was a fabulous start to my stay in Burleigh Heads. Jackson, the tour guide was amazing, shared his passion and knowledge gently and answered questions thoughtfully. The spots of rain at the start of the tour had no negative impact at all. I recommend this tour.

This was well worth the money and exceeded our expectations. It was definitely a challenge but still enjoyable. The amount of time we spent was about 3 hours and was worth every minute of it. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very helpful. Best for those who are not terribly scared of height’s. You will be sore the next day! The views from the canopy is incredible!
