We had a fantastic one-day tour covering Mt. Fuji and Hakone. The entire experience was very well organised, with beautiful views, interesting places, and a great balance between sightseeing and relaxation.What truly made the trip special was our guide, Aki. Aki was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the day. He went beyond simply showing us the sights—he shared interesting stories and local insights, helped us make the most of every stop, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the journey.Mt. Fuji was spectacular, and Hakone added a completely different charm to the day. Thanks to Aki’s planning and warm hospitality, the tour felt personal rather than like a routine group excursion.A special thanks to Aki for making our Mt. Fuji & Hakone experience so memorable. Kaori was amazing, she is so knowledgeable and very personable. She was patient and showed us many places based on our personal interests. We feel privileged to have had the culture and traditions of the shrines so thoroughly explained to us.

Our guide/driver was Areeb, was shown as much as possible but due to bad weather , we were unable to view mt Fuji. Very helpful guide

We had an amazing time on our Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour, including the beautiful Hakone cruise. Na-Chan was an incredible tour guide from beginning to end. She was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and made the entire experience fun and relaxing.She shared so much about Japan and made sure we enjoyed every stop along the way. Because of Na-Chan, we learned more about Japan, appreciated the culture even more, and honestly fell in love with Japan even more.This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Very unique tour with Yuhji! He took us to a local dining and drinks spot under a bridge where the trains pass. Unique experience trying food and drink we wouldn’t have otherwise.

The weather will dictate what you can do, but our tour guide knew all the best places to go for any kind of weather. The sun ended up coming out and giving us some nice views, but we couldn’t go up on the mountain. We had an amazing time with Petteri and learned a ton about Mt Fuji and the area!

Excellent trip with our guide Pradhan. He was flexible and communicative and very friendly. Saw some great sites and customized them to our wishes .
