The guide was easy to use and provided a lot of information regarding the places to visit , what to see and what to expect.

Finally crossed this off my bucket list! What an incredible experience from start to finish. I expected a hot air balloon ride to be a little intimidating, but it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and calming experiences I've ever had. We felt completely safe the entire time and the spectacular views made it truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Peter and Brad, who were professional, friendly, and made everyone feel relaxed and at ease from the moment we arrived. Watching the balloon being inflated before take-off was fascinating and getting to "help" pack everything away afterwards, was a fun way to finish the adventure and made us feel part of the whole process. If you've ever thought about doing a hot air balloon ride, don't hesitate - you won't regret it. An unforgettable morning with an amazing crew. Highly recommend!

Brilliant experience on our trip to Portarlington that we booked last minute. Hop it organised our route for us. Ceps, our guide met us from the boat and brought us to each vineyard. He never rushed us and was on time to bring us to the next location each time. His information and knowledge on each place + noteworthy places to visit next time was excellent. Most importantly to me, after losing a sentimental ring, Cesp drove us back to the vineyard locations from the fairy at the end of the day until we found it (which we did). A gentleman and a great experience overall.

Absolutely magical experience, loved every minute. Was a little nervous beforehand but there was no need to be, the team seemed very experienced and watching the balloon get inflated was so cool that I forgot about the nerves! So beautiful floating above the trees, clouds and over Geelong then towards the Bellarine Peninsula back down over the river and paddocks before a very gentle landing. Thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience, but I’m already planning when I can go again.

It was a great day, Ceps was a great host!! Really made the experience with the group will definitely do it again. The wineries we visited were excellent!

Absolutely stunning trip, so grateful to Sara our driver who saved the start of the day when we discovered that trains from Melbourne to Geelong were stopping at Wyndham with a bus to Geelong, so she just picked us up from Wyndham. Everyone along the was so hospitable and real strengths of the region at Bellarine Estate and Scotchmans. A particular shout out to Jamie at Bellarine who brought the family wines to life! Can't wait to come back, and the ferry home from Portarlington was such a perfect way to end the day.
