Gatlinburg Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

I was very pleasantly surprised by this booking. It was perfect! It picked up wherever we were in the park and gave us historical information without being information overload. It made suggestions for wonderful walks, hikes, and scenic views all along the way. I highly recommend this app. It was fantastic.

It was a great tour. Our guide Phillip not only pointed out sights in the park but provided a great deal of insight into the founding and the history of the park.

This was an excellent tour. Our guide Jay was the best! He's super nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour. 10 out of 10!

This was great. Thank you Caleb!

Crystal was spectacular, informative, friendly and personable. Would go on another adventure with her for sure.

Great hike, nice trail not to difficult, great guide. Good info on past history. Hidden gem, easy to find.

Narrator was excellent. Easy app.

Super fun!! They help with clues if you need it! 😊

Crystal is an amazing tour guide. The tour had great pub picks + the socialization aspect was awesome!

Jay was a great guide. Very knowledgeable about the area with great stories to tell. Regret we did not see any elk. Heard they came later that day to the visitor center. Sorry to miss them, but a great tour anyway. Would do again when in the area.

It was a great experience. I love the outdoors so this was just great for me. Just the smell of mother Earth was great. We got to see so much the wildlife was incredible but just being within the forest makes you at peace.

A very clever piece of audio which turns on whenever I reached the right spot as I was driving. Perfect way to drive through the Gatlinburg national park.

Information provided is nice and relevant. Funny jokes at times, will certainly use this type of tour guide again in another NP.

We spent 2 days in the Smoky Mountains and used the app. I really appreciate that it still works when the signal is lost, remember to download it before you start the tour. I would recommend this for anyone that is looking for some history and fun facts about the Smoky Mountains

Parker was a great orator of stories. He also had a dry sense of humor which we loved. Had a wonderful time.

My husband and I really enjoyed this ride. All of the employees were so nice and helpful. Never to old to enjoy this. We are 62 and 67. We loved it! They even gave us a bonus ride. Woohoo! That's the feeling you get from this experience. Go for it!
