They have a very friendly staff; I had an informative and thoughtful guide (Ismael); and I recommend the tour.

We hired a guide in Spanish and when they went to find us the guide was in English!! We thank the guide who put his best willingness to translate with the phone and solve the inconvenience and luckily we were only 4 people in on that tour.

The tour was outstanding. Excellent guides, comfortable lodging, comfortable transportation. We saw as much as we could absorb.

The first part of the Tour was Pamukkale & Ephesus. The Tour Guide Mr Mehmat & the the driver were at the airport on time to give a warm welcome. The Hierapolis & Pamukkale Thermal Ponds were beautiful to experience & Mr Mehmat ensured a good explanation of each place & monument. All locations along the bus route were also being informed about. The night halt at Efe Hotel along the sea side at Kuşadasi was a good surprise & comfortable stay. The wonders of Ephesus was heartwarming especially the 3D Museum is an astonishing experience- a must see. The tour to Pamukkale, Ephesus was very well managed meticulously planned to cover the important historical places. The stay at the Efe Hotel was indeed a cherry on the cake because of its sea side location. Mr Mehmet was curteous, cheerful & be extremely knowledgeable of the history and its chronological importance. His willingness to answer our questions made this tour an interactive and enriching experience. His photography skills helped us capture some beautiful memories.The second part of trip was Cappadocia.The tour to Capadocia was very well organised and managed for the duration of the visit. The stay in the Cave Hotel 1811 was an extremely beautiful and comfortable experience. The host were generous enough to look after us for even a small requirement. Ms Fatima during the tour of Cappadocia was found to be extremely confident and knowledgeable of the historical places planned during the visit. The gp was also given adequate time to visit the site and clarify any queries. The lady was generous and kind and was very friendly with the group. The lady knows her job and conducted the tour with utmost spirit.Overall an excellent experience thanks to the trip being well laid out & organised- whether the flight bookings, accommodations or touring. So, first off, let me say that one of our days was spent entirely on moving from Cappadocia to Kusadasi. So, keep in mind that it is actually 4 days, not 5. Cappadocia is also a little boring and we had way too many car rides dropping off people we weren't with. However, for the price, I'd say it's pretty good. You can definitely do better if you get a private tour (not very pricey if contacting turkish travel agency directly), but for something available from Cool Destinations, it's not bad.Not going to bore you with the details, just the highlights:Cappadocia - a lot of landscapes and 4-hour per day tours or so. You will be dragged to many local stores, don't buy anything, it's horribly overpriced. Get the hot air balloon flight, it's the best. Underground city is also worth a visit, if you get the choice of underground city, ask for the biggest.Kusadasi - no tours happen here, but you will be in a hotel in the city. It's a resort city and it's absolutely charming. Plenty of good food and good drink. There's a number of relaxed shisha bars nearby. I am huge fan of the Leila cafe a couple blocks away for shisha and sunset views. And across, there is a shopping mall, check out the brand Avva for men there, absolutely the best.Ephesus - Wow! Just wow. If you're a history buff, especially. Blows Rome out of the water. Not even going to say more, just the best day.Pamukkale - Wow! Again, it's an amazing site. Our tour guide was kind enough to arrange an optional parachute ride, which flies right over the ruins and the flats. The best part of the trip for me.Tour guides change between destinations, but if you meet a Kusadasi native named Mehmet, please treat him well. He's the best!

We had a blast on this 5 day tour and found the extra day in Cappadocia worth paying for. Three days out of 5 had early pick up times (Day 1 airport transfer 4:20, Day 3 airport transfer 03:00, Day 4 Hot Air Balloon, 04:20). Hassan was our tour guide for the first two days in Pamukkale and Ephesus and was very hands on, walking with us throughout the tour whilst giving us interesting information on the sites we passed through. Usman took us around for the last two days and he gave us plenty of free time to explore the sites in Cappadocia by ourselves.There were 6 of us in the tour group and 4 stayed in Ilayda Avantgarde whilst we stayed in Hotel Derici in Kusadasi. Our Hotel (Derici) was super old and definitely not the same value as Ilayda Avantgarde which was right next door. The sound proofing was also extremely poor and we couldn't sleep on the 2nd night until 12am as there was a live outdoor concert right outside the hotel (wakeup call set at 2:30am for airport transfer). Also, both hotels do not provide duvets and only a small blanket (towel like material) was provided on the bed. We found a wool blanket in the cupboard but it looked like it hadn't been laundered so we left it.Lunches at the restaurants were average, and always remember to check the prices of the drinks before ordering as the price list isn't always readily available at the table. Remember to ask the tour guides where the free toilets are as some of the historical sites will charge 2-3TL for entry per person.

I normally don't write a review but this time I had to, I didn't know my travel plans neither did I had any plan. Came to this turista travel agency and boy oh boy they best at what they do. My agent Abdul kadir was really helpful and he gave best priced package. In between the tour I was getting constantly messages if my tour is going well and or if I needed anything else. Tour went so smooth .. thank you so much Abdul kadir. Well definitely come again.

The best experience was flying in the Hot Air Balloon. The next best was being able to stay for 2 nights in the best Dere Suites in Cappadocia. And to top the list was when we had a very special guide at Ephesus as we were very lucky to have Mr. Mehmet as our guide who knew every little detail of Ephesus and he was able to explain in detail which helped us along the way . Even at Pamukkale he was very through in explaining everything to us and in this way I must say that this is the very very best tour and u will never ever look back. If given another opportunity I will surely book this tour again. It is worth the money. Even the very trips by plane was all very well organized from the beginning to the very end.

Couldnt recommend this tour more! The customer service was fantastic. We didnt receive our confirmation immediately (due to a system error). It was 11pm when we booked and i was worried so i messaged on whatsapp. I received a response immediately and was told theyd check and get the confirmation the next day which i did. Fast forward to the tour and everything was perfect. Every single transfer and flight was on time and free flowing. The guides were knowledgable, funny and catered to all needs. Allowing just enough time at every location and attraction. I honestly couldnt recommend this more. If you have the time you need to book this as well as the hot air balloon. Once in a lifetime experience and worth absolutely every single penny.

The tour is delivered as promised. First day had more attractions but fewer details from the guide, the second day included traveling long distance to various sites with great explanation from the guide. We were unfortunate the first day as our group mixed English and Turkish speaking tourists, so the guide had to explain in two languages. The sites we visited on both days were worth to see. We enjoyed it

I visited Istanbul and Antalya from 1 Jan to 5 Jan 2020 with my family.I booked my entire trip including pickup from Airport to city tour with Moonstar Tour. I spoke with Selina, Sales Manager. All travel & transfers were extremely comfortable. I really appreciate her efforts and commitment to serve guest to the best. We did not face payment related issue because of her trust on us, usually payment has to be made before the trip starts but due to some technical problem she did not bother us for prior payment, instead encouraged us to be comfortable first in trip then pay when ever get the network. Moonstar Tour is loyal to their guest. I highly recommend them as your trip partner in Turkey. Well done and thanks a ton for making our tour happy and successful. :)

Just come back from amazing 8 days in Turkey booked with Encounters Travel in UK and locally with Fez travel and guide Goksu. What a fantastic and varied country Turkey is. Istanbul is a very clean and safe city. Afterwards we visited Ephesus, Pamukkale, Hierapolis and Cappadocia. Goksu was a great guide - so knowledgeable and he also helped the whole trip run smoothly. We loved our cave hotel - "Gamirasu". April is a perfect time to visit.

We were 3 generations with the youngest an 11 year old male. We all loved the experience. The sights we were taken to were the best in each area. The guides were top notch. We loved the fact that our guide in Cappadocia had actually grown up in a cave house and the experiences he was able to add. All connections to guides were and transportation were on time and easy to connect with.

Thanks to Freesia Tours for an exceptional window into the history and sites of Turkey. Mehmet and Hassan became part of the family and learning about how Turkey came to be was a fabulous world schooling opportunity for our boys. Mehmet was an encyclopedia of knowledge. Paragliding over the Terraces in Pamukkale and exploring the underground cities in Cappadocia were 2 of our favourite highlights.

Turkey was an amazing place to visit. This tour made it even better. The tour guides, hotel staff were all exceptional, I highly recommend it
