I honestly can’t express how incredible our trip was. It was a joint birthday/wedding anniversary trip and I don’t think anything could ever compare. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The trip was ideally planned seeing the many cities we had a great interest in going to visit. Our driver/guide,. Paolo Mortellaro was very knowledgeable about Sicily and was able to select ideal locations for us to get the most out of our trip. He was personable, friendly, and became a friend, but in no way intrusive. We would recommend him to anyone travelling to Sicily and if and when we come back we will definitely talk to Paolo before any planning

Having a fully private tour with Katie F to see the Coliseum, The Palatine and the Forum was by far the best thing we did while in Rome! She was fantastic - she made the entire visit worthwhile and we learned an abundance of things on each area of the tour. Highly recommend her! We did a few tours booked with CityEyes - all fanastic!

What an amazing tour! Alex our guide couldn’t have been better, his knowledge and enthusiasm about volcanoes is never ending and made the trip unforgettable. The wine tasting was an added bonus with food and wine delicious and plentiful in a beautiful chilled setting. Definitely worth the 5 stars!!

We had an amazing trip! Our driver and guide Valeria was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we have the best time.

We had an amazing day exploring Etna and the Alcantara Gorge. On our way up to Etna from Catania, our guide Alessio brought us to try some local Sicilian flavors such as wine, olive oil, honey and some baked goods. It was great start to the day! From there, Alessio took care us like family. He was very knowledgeable about the volcano as well as the local history and customs of the area and answered all of our questions. He truly is a pro and an all around great guy. Hopefully you’ll get Alessio as your guide too! I highly recommend this experience for you and your family. 10 out of 10!

On June 15, 2026, I participated in the following Etna tour from Hungary, and it turned out to be one of my best decisions. It was one of the best-organized tours I have ever attended. Our guide, Giovanni, presented the workings of Etna, the wildlife, and the unique features surrounding Etna in an extremely professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough; everything was perfectly organized, and I can only recommend both Giovanni and the company below to everyone. Luckily, we were provided with proper hiking boots, which made navigating the terrain easier and we didn't even have to worry about our own shoes. I loved the tour, the fantastic lunch we had, and the excursion to Taormina. I'm glad that despite my initial doubts, I decided to go for it. It turned out to be the best decision.

We had an incredible experience on the Our Lady Etna Tour! The itinerary was fantastic—we explored the lava tunnels, visited a natural lava cave, hiked through the volcanic craters, and finished the day at the breathtaking Alcantara Gorges. What truly made this tour exceptional was our guide Alex. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about volcanoes, and that enthusiasm made every stop so much more interesting. We learned so much about Mount Etna, its geology, and its history in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. On top of that, he was friendly, welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. His energy and passion turned a great itinerary into an unforgettable experience.
