Bunbury Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. There were only two of us on the tour that day so it was very relaxed and flexible. After being picked up from our hotel, we visited three very unique wineries for tastings and also enjoyed a lovely shared platter of local cheese and produce for lunch at the Green Door. Tania was an excellent guide, knows the area extremely well and is happy to share her experience. Thank you Tania.

I loved my solo Sundowner run with Dan! I'm in my 60s and no great runner but Dan was thoughtful and considerate and let me set the pace. We toured the 3 waters of Bunbury with frequent stops for Dan to point out SO many interesting features - lots of archaelogy, history, bird life, beautiful views and more....highly recommend whatever your fitness level.

Such a nice tour took mum for her birthday and she loved it and so did I they picked us up from a spot I designated and dropped us off at the same spot, very convenient

My husband and I had a wonderful day with our tour guide Tania. We visited an historic church and a craft centre and a visit to the Harvey Cheese Factory before heading off to lunch and a visit to Wellington Dam and finishing off with some wine tasting. Great first I did a wine tasting with Geographe Tours Bunbury and enjoyed it. It was my first time doing a wine tour and it was a great introduction.Special mention to Julz, our driver and guide. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. You could tell Julz really knew her job and cared about everyone having a good time tour experience.

You think you know a lot about Bunbury until you join Dan on his run tour! He’s done tonnes of homework to ensure that even long term locals learn a thing or two along the way. I was initially concerned that 5kms might be too much for me but we stopped so often and ran at a relaxed pace making the whole thing a breeze. What a healthy and fun way to see beautiful Bunbury. Highly recommend

From the moment our tour guide arrived at our hotel and introduced hreself, we found Tania to be a ver friendly person ensuring we were comfortable and ready for the tour. Tania was extremely knowledgable with the scheduled visits to various places made it really interesting, which was followed by equally entertaining times on the road trips in small bursts moving to each desitination giving you a chance to relax and enjoy the surroundings with her brilliant commentary. Thoroughly enjoyed learning of the history of the Bunbury Geographe area which we had never learnt about in detail on previous trips to Bunbury. Tanya was very fexible and the scheduled attractions visited offerred easy and challenging walks making it suitble for everyone. Fabulous lunch, food and wine tastings along the way also. Best small bus tour we have ever been on. Definitely recommend taking this tour.

I’ve lived in Bunbury since 2009 and have to say, the things I learned on Dan’s Spoken Streets tour gave me a newfound appreciation for the town. It was also a great experience to share with my dad (who’s in his 75th year) whilst he’s visiting from the UK. Highly recommend this for anyone who likes to take in sights, get some good air in their lungs, and jog a bit. ❤️

I had such a great experience attending a sundowner tour with Dan and it was a fun and interactive way to get to know Bunbury, if you're a visitor or even a local! Dan is very knowledgeable about Bunbury's history and I'd highly recommend going on one of his tours! The run is very reasonable and broken up into short bursts so no matter your fitness level it is very achievable and fun!
