NAZ was an amazing tour guide. We had a lot of fun and his knowledge was second to none. Everyone was friendly at lunch and is worth the trip.

The cave tubing tour was Naz was a lot of fun! He had so much knowledge about Belize so we learned alot of history on the way to the caves as well. We even had opporunities to explore deeper in the caves (at that point we were tired lol). Naz as a guide provided a fun experience, joked with us, and made us feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend.

I had a fantastic time with them. There level and care and experience. No rush their priorities were our safety and then having a good time. They picked us open at the Ft. George and dropped us off. By the end of the day they felt like friends

We had the best time on the last leg of our trip ending in Belize City. We booked a tour through Explore More w/VIV. Half of us went tubing & the other half went kayaking. We had a very instructional hike through the jungle & really enjoyed the sites and history kayaking through the caves. If you are not into rowing against the current at times & maneuvering while paddling most of the time, I would suggest tubing. We had a delicious lunch after & it was very much worth the cost! Our instructors were fantastic!

Tour was fabulous! The tour guide, Jose, was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us a thorough history of Belize on the way there and back (1.5 hours each way). They had the zip lining down to a science. You moved through the jungle quickly and I felt like each technician was knowledgeable and safety conscious. Our guide throughout the hiking and tubing was a wealth of information about the vegetation and cave, also. The lunch was relaxing and delicious.

Our family excursion in Belize was the highlight of our cruise. Our extraordinary guide Peter and driver Dorian made the experience truly special. The cave tubing adventure began with a scenic 30-minute jungle hike along a well-maintained trail, easily manageable for almost anyone. Peter's knowledge and enthusiasm brought the cave system to life as we floated peacefully through the crystal-clear waters for 20 minutes, taking in the magnificent limestone formations.After the refreshing cave experience, we drove north to explore ancient Mayan ruins. The combination of underground cave systems and historical ruins made for an ideal blend of adventure and cultural exploration. This excursion perfectly suited our family with older children, offering both excitement and educational value. Highly recommend this tour for families with kids who can handle some light hiking!

Amazing experience! Our entire family had a great time. Paul was the best. He was so patient with all of our requests and questions, very knowledgable, and great with the kids.

Elvin our private tour guide was amazing. He was on time and took great care of us. The ziplining was fun and the tubing so relaxing. . Lunch was the best. Would recommend this to anyone seeking adventure.

I've done around 50 shore excursions over the last 25 years, and this one easily lands in my top three of all time.To make things interesting, the weather wasn't cooperating, and the ship's tenders got us to shore about 50 minutes late. I was worried we'd miss the tour, but they waited for us... and it turns out there were six other delayed passengers too. That level of customer service set the tone right away.Finding them at the port was incredibly easy. They were standing right in the middle with a big sign, practically impossible to miss. If you've ever done independent excursions before, you know that isn't always the case. Sometimes you're playing a real-life game of "Where's Waldo?" while checking text messages and hoping you're in the right spot. Not here.I'll admit, I was a little nervous about spending 90 minutes floating through a cave on an inner tube. The thought of being underground for that long sounded a bit intimidating. Thanks to our guide, that nervousness lasted maybe three minutes. The remaining 87 minutes were nothing but fun. The cave itself was incredible, and the small-group atmosphere made it feel like a private tour with lots of one-on-one interaction.After the tubing adventure, they provided a nice lunch at no extra cost, which was a great touch.One thing to know: if you're visiting this port and want to do something truly memorable, expect about an hour drive in a van. The ride was perfectly fine, although the van may have been auditioning for a role as a bouncing castle and could probably use some new shocks.Most importantly, every concern I had about booking with an independent operator instead of a cruise-line excursion was completely debunked. The organization, communication, service, and experience were all outstanding.I would absolutely book with this company again and would be thrilled to get Abner (sp?) as our driver and guide. He did a fantastic job and was a huge part of what made this excursion so memorable.Bottom line: If you're on the fence about this excursion, stop thinking and book it. It was one of the best shore excursions I've ever done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DO IT DO IT DO IT! Kayak was AWESOME! Fun/Funny Guide. We drove a rental car to the place and met the guide inside the park.

My boyfriend and I booked this excursion for one of our stops on a cruise. The price is so much better when you avoid booking with the cruise line. Plus the meeting location was very straightforward that you couldn’t miss it.Our tour guides NAZ, JONATHAN, and CARDINAL were lovely people and very knowledgeable. They made us laugh a ton and had such a friendly vibe. They had a lot to say about Belize, its people, the caves, and more! All while keeping a safe environment while we enjoyed the caves. I would highly recommend these three crew members in particular!The trip to the caves is on foot, so bring waterproof shoes with a bit of grip if possible. The walk wasn’t too far to the entrance of the caves where the kayaks were waiting for us. The entrance to the caves was gorgeous and could’ve stayed there for hours. The first cave was super peaceful since it was just our group in there. That was the most fun I had while kayaking! The second cave was really fun because parts had a mild current, so you barely had to row. However the second cave also had tubing groups, so parts were difficult and annoying to navigate around them. Either way it was still a very fun experience to be in that cave!Book with VIV and book with this crew!

This was an amazing experience. We learned so much about Belize and the caves were an amazing experience. The ride to the excursion is about an hour so be prepared but other than that, it’s worth every dime.

Wayne (the general) was very accommodating and entertaining. The tubing is very gentle. Wayne provided bug spray which was definitely needed and appreciated. Very comfortable car. There are changing rooms and showers at the caves, bring a change of clothes and a towel. Lunch was provided at a cafe at the caves, served a classic belize meal, was good.

Jorge was an excellent tour guide. I came from Atlanta Georgia to have fun for my birthday. Correy suggested cave tubing. Jorge delivered!! From the safety instructions, to the guide. Jorge explained ants, leaves, poisons, allspice, EVERYTHING 💥👏

Dorian picked us up at the airport & chauffeured us in a comfortable air conditioned car. He was friendly & knowledgeable about the county itself, the culture, & the Mayans. He walked the grounds of Altun Ha with us, taking our pictures, & telling us all kinds of history. The cave tubing was amazing! Our guide was hilarious & down to earth. He took us on a short hike through the jungle & then safely guided us down the river. He was very knowledgeable as well about the cave system & the country as well. The traditional Belizean lunch afterwards was absolutely delicious! Dorian also stopped for us to try some traditional homemade cashew wine! Couldn’t have asked for better guides!

The tubing was fun. Our guide, “C” was very knowledgeable about the trees, flora and fauna and inside the cave he took his time to point out the different features of the cave, water levels and a special water fall! The walk in is about 20 minutes on some low rocky inclines which I managed well after a knee surgery 2 1/2 months ago. Wearing a good pair of water shoes helps. We appreciated the change rooms with showers afterwards and the lunch of chicken rice and beans and potato salad was quite tasty .There were 2 problems 1. We booked the 8 am tour . Once we met the tour operator host for ViV tours we waited an hour. They had cancelled the 8 am departure without notifying us. We waited around another hour before we boarded a van. They should have notified us because being an hour later starting made a difference to the end of our tour before our Princess ship sailed. 2. Our problem which could have been huge was, our van broke down on our way back to the cruise port. Luckily had we were close and another van was sent for us within 10-15 minutes. We made it by 2 minutes! We have used Cool Destinations numerous times and different countries , this was the first time for the tour operator dropping the ball
