Great tour from someone with so much local knowledge

Really interesting. Daizy, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the area and different buildings. She took a lot of extra trouble to open up buildings and explain the history. Would recommend this tour and the guide.

Two and a half hours of walking but good fun. Lots of history but interesting stories about local places and people. Really enjoyable.

The people were extremely knowledgeable and we learnt so much. We also had a good laugh, but we really enjoyed it. Was even better with the rain- gave an extra spook factor

We were collected from our accommodation on schedule. Our driver and guide James provided an excellent background and history on the region and the wineries, cider orchard and gin distillery we visited. Our wine and gin hosts were wonderful characters, sharing their knowledge and stories. An excellent day, I may have gone over budget on my wine and gin purchases. Doing this tour on the Friday meant our hosts had plenty of time to discuss their product.

If you do one thing in Daylesford then go on this walking tour with Daizy. She is a reservoir of the history of the area and delivers it in a very easy going manner. The tour is quite compact and the kids enjoyed it too. Not to be missed.

I really hope this tour will get more hype in the future. It's a really great tour, esp if you want to know and experience more about the gold rush history of Melbourne. The tour was well organized, it wasn't too long in total duration but very insightful and we did have enough time to explore everything for each place. Rick was our guide and he was very helpful in leading us, giving us suggestions of what to do, and telling us the background story for each site, so thanks Rick! Overall, great trip, lots of insights and experience!

Awesome tour of Sovereign Hill and Eureka Museum today with the family! So much to see and also enjoyed stop at Ballarat Botanical Gardens and also our final destination at Eureka Skydeck. Our tour guide Matt has lived in Victoria his whole life and very knowledgeable. Matt was super relaxed and we could not of asked for a better tour guide! Definitely a must do tour if visiting Melbourne!

What a fabulous morning we had with Jarrod. So many stories to bring Ballarat history alive and visits to some special places we wouldn't have found on our own. A well paced tour with an enthusiastic and well informed guide.

I thought I knew Hepburn Springs, but Alice's Special 2026 Chillout Festival Hepburn Walk showed me how much more there is to the history of this beautiful place. Starting at the Mineral Springs Hotel and finishing at the Macaroni Factory, there were 10 stops on the walk where we were regaled with interesting stories about the people who have contributed to the quirky history of Hepburn. There was time for questions and overall, a very chilled vibe among the group. It was a fabulous start to Chillout! I would highly recommend.

I did the Cammino de Hepburn and this delightful tour lived up to it's name and exceeded expectations. Tour guide, Daizy, is knowledgeable and entertaining, and her stories of the founding people and their lives kept us all captivated. I learned amazing facts and had no idea of the gems and history Hepburn contains. I'd happily do this tour again next Friday.
