Very well organised show, highly interesting, friendly staff. One of the employees showed me everything, explained and helped me take photos. Highly recommendable for a great one hour of fun and awe. 5 stars

We are WW2 history buffs and had a terrific day with Jarek. He is pleasant, drives well and will do everything possible to make your trip a success. Our first stop was the Gross Reisen Concentration Camp. Unlike the packed experience at Auschwitz, we were the first to arrive and had the place to ourselves the first hour even during the busy summer holiday. It never got busy and we could take as much time as we wanted to follow the audio guide all over the camp and to the quarry.Next we took in the beautiful and impressively sized Ksiaz (formerly Furstenstein) Castle, where the English princess Daisy used to live before the castle was sold to the Nazis. They adapted it for Hitler's use at the end of WW2 but he never ended up staying there. The Nazis also carved out kilometers of secret tunnels built by slave labor for an underground factory. You can visit a small section of the tunnels below the castle. Bring a fleece as its about 15-16 C.Next we had lunch at the Osowka tunnels before taking an hour to visit them. They were very atmospheric but our favorite were the nearby Rzeczka Tunnels (which have a V-1 rocket inside) which we did as an extra. Jarek gave us an extra hour of his time to do the one hour guided tour there. For both tours bring long johns, a fleece and anorak as the temperature in the tunnels are 5 C and its damp so bring closed shoes. It was a long day but a fascinating one. Highly recommended if you like history.

We were recommend this by our Bolt driver and I am so glad he told us about it. It was a fairly small (we spent around 45 mins here) but fantastic space. The lady we met on reception was fantastic and helped us enjoy the installations and took photos for us. I would absolutely recommend if you are in Wroclaw. Definitely worth the time and only a short walk from the Old town. You can also find a gnome outside on your gnome hunting!

This castle is kind of a hidden gem. Our driver of our own private Mercedes was wonderful and the castle was so lovely. The audio guides were very easy to use, the tour was fun, go at your own pace, not very crowded. Also the family (Hochberg) history provided on the tour was… very interesting! The gardens/grounds were beautiful. There is not enough time to do the tunnels so just be aware of that. Also the Church of Peace was very beautiful and also not crowded. This was a fantastic half day trip from Wrocław. So glad we booked it.

Michal was a wonderful guide! The audio tour at Ksiaz was insightful and easy to use. This was our favorite day on our trip to Wroclaw

Damian was a brilliant tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the sites and Polish history in general. Would recommend.

A beautiful castle in a wonderful location. I recommend a visit. There was a long queue to pay for parking :(

My driver was very nice and informative. He shared various historical details about Wrocław , the surrounding villages and the Castle. He never rushed while he waited for me to to view the Castle. I went by myself but my driver made me feel comfortable and safe. The Castle was well worth the visit. The grounds were beautiful with many hiking trails and places to sit. There were view points along the way. The property had a restaurant and a few places to buy ice cream or drinks. There were also gift shops at the end of the tour.I speak English and the tour audio guide was available in English. It was easy to use and updated with information about the room you were currently inside.

What a fantastic experience, the exhibits and illusions were great but the staff were absolutely fantastic. The attentiveness and friendly nature were first class and added to enjoyment. Thank you 🙏

An amazing treat in Wroclaw! I took my 2 grandchildren, aged 3 and 4, and they loved it. (So did I!) Staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were so many interesting things to see. It was great that we could interact with many of the illusions! The little shop has lots of exciting goodies! We will definitely be back!

Very nice experience. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the castle and were able to skip the lines. The audio guide is interesting as it can sense which room you are in and tells you where to go. The caste is very impressive and so are the grounds. We also visited the Church of Peace and I was very impressed with the inside and the great restoration work. Happy that we booked this trip. We were picked up at 9am and were done by 3pm

Really enjoyed Project Riese/Osowka, Ksiaz Castle Private Tour with tour guide named Marcin. Picked up from our hotel will be prearranged, picked up at 830am. You drive 1:15 to Project Riese, then 30 mins to Ksiaz, and if there's time left over on the way back it seems from other reviews you go visit a 3rd location- an ancient Lutheran church that is an appealing quick stop too. Most tour guides can have a "D" level knowledge of their city and no one would notice. Marcin has A+ knowledge on fine details like you wouldnt believe. Not just on the tour guide topics, but of the entire area of Wroclaw historically, politically, business, culture, perspectives on the future and how it's changing, really a well-read educated guide that has his finger on the pulse of everything.Osowka/Project Riese you are dropped off and taken by the specific Tour Guides employed by that foundation, and that was awesome. Tour guide there was named Maks, who is 1 of the 6 caretakers and researchers of the facility. He was A+ as well, particularly once you're able to ask off-the record questions for insight. Dress WARM for this, it's probably close to 14 Celsius, 45 F while you're in the cave. Lasts 1:15. Guide buys the tickets for this and Ksiaz Castle himself (has a operator deal). You'd only pay extra for a 3rd stop as you'll see below.Ksiaz Castle you get a tour of surrounding scenic overlook spots and then 2.5 hrs once you're inside close to 1pm, you can eat in their restaurant but I'd recommend bringing own food. Castle is walking from room to room and seeing the very pretty grounds that surround it. Note: extra cost to visit the gardens and we were already behind on time. Climate controlled.Way back is 1.5 hrs so we had extra time and we were offered and taken to visit an ancient Lutheran Church that has great history. 12 euro per person ticket cost. Youll spend 30-40 mins there inside the church and grounds. Ancient church, impressive inside no matter your denomination. It was interesting, 7,000 seat church made entirely of wood from the 1400s. Then you get dropped off around 530pm.

Awesome trip and an amazing driver. The communication leading up to the trip was also outstanding. I highly recommend this company and tour.

Our tour was such a treat! Our guide Michal picked us up at our hotel on a minivan that was comfortable and spacious for our party of 5. Polish scenery was beautiful, and Michal’s commentaries on historical background of the sites brought Polish history to life for us. It was extremely fortunate to have Michal as our guide. He is definitely very professional and offered us a range of fascinating information on Polish history and culture. He also possesses a quirky, refreshing sense of humor. We had a truly unforgettable tour and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

We ordered the trip with short notice and it was even better than we expected. The castle and the grounds were exelent.

We were delighted with the organization of our tour. We were picked up from the hotel, didn't have to worry about anything (travel time, entrance tickets, navigation, parking) and were provided with umbrellas when it rained heavily. Our guide drove very comfortably and safely and sheltered us when we got out. The car was specially reparked so that we didn't get out in the mud. His English and his knowledge of the sights and surroundings of our destinations were great and very interesting. The Church of Peace and the cemetery are must-sees (all very exciting and interesting) and the Palm Garden is a must-see. We were a little disappointed with the castle. Perhaps it was because we unknowingly chose Children's Day as the day of travel. Long waits at the entrance, mainly photos of the family in the castle. We went through the castle very quickly because of this, but mainly because the underground tour of Project Riese was scheduled afterwards. Due to the tight guide ropes, we couldn't always linger at the most interesting places. The audio tour was excellent because it reacted automatically when we changed rooms and was spoken very pleasantly. The information content was also extensive. Unfortunately, the information mainly concerned the last family to live there, which was a shame. But the information about the employees, their photos and little anecdotes from the family and the castle were well done. The underground tour afterwards is not for older people or those with limited mobility. The films shown provided all the information that was available. This audio guide was also excellent and, above all, perfectly adapted to the films. You should see the tunnels with your own eyes to understand how they were created and the questions that still remain unanswered. Overall, the tour was recommendable.
