Top Side Paragliding

I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to do it this time. I took a tour with my old aunt in Alanya and they helped her in every stop. Nobody hung up. That’s precious.

Very happy with my experience! Well organised, felt safe and taken care of throughout the whole time :) we had fun and received lovely pictures and videos. Would recommend this to all adventure seekers

Departure: You’re picked up in a modern a/c minivan. The venue is about 1 hour 10 minutes from Old Side Town in Alanaya (along the coastline heading eastward).Arrival at office: Once you arrive you are briefed by the manager regarding parasailing techniques. NO SITTING! Just walk or run. This is an extreme sport so this was very important. Everyone has to pay €20 for the takeoff entrance fee. Also no phones, watches or anything is allowed! You are given a locker in which to place your valuables. If you want to take photos/videos on your phone forget it! Also they don’t want you to know the flying time so they ask you to remove your watch too. The only thing you can take is your sunglasses which I highly recommend.Parasailing takeoff point: Got in another van and we were told which pilot was assigned to us. We then headed to the take off point. This was about 20 minutes from the office, on top of a hill. Once there we had to carry some of the heavy gear up the flight of stairs to the takeoff area.Parasailing flight You’re strapped in by your pilot and you have to hold the GoPro stick whilst he lifts the chute. You start running and within a few metres your airborne. He asked me to sit back into the seat so you have to shuffle yourself backwards to sit into it.The pilot makes some turns and using the winds you ascend where it’s quite windy. The pilot makes several smooth turns before heading towards the shoreline.Here’s where things get interesting. He asked if I wanted to try “extreme” so I said sure. He told me to lift my left leg and banked hard to the left. You start spiralling downwards with immense speed. You’re definitely pulling a few G-Forces.He did the same on the right side and the ground started to get closer and closer. THIS IS WHY YOU NEED YOUR SUNGLASSES. the extreme forces would cause your eyes to tear a lot.Landing The landing area is right behind the beach. It has astroturf surrounding it. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SIT! Stay upright at all times. Once you touchdown the other members grab the chute. During this time you may be jolted so you need to stay on your feet. The pilot then collected the chute and packed it into the rucksack and I had to carry it back to the awaiting van.Back at the office the photos are uploaded to a computer and each participant is called out individually to see the photos / videos.Photos only: €50 Video only: €70 Video & Photos: €100Note the Video also included 360 degree video.I had €30 to my name and the manager said this gets me nothing! So I said I’ll take the photos only and pay the €30 I had and and further €20 back at the hotel which he agreed to.Conclusion A great experience if you love heights and flight. A bucket-list event you can tick off your list. The media options, if you choose to purchase is on the pricey side though.

I loved every bit of the experience from registering for the event and communication beforehand with event company to the actual jump! They picked me up, drove me up the mountain, within 5 minutes we were high up in the sky. My pilot was a pleasure to paraglide with. Super easygoing and I felt incredibly safe with him. We also got more airtime - and much higher up in the sky! - than another agency who arrived at the jump site before us, got airborne after us and landed before us - AND the other paraglider kept their guest super low to the ground the whole time as opposed to my guy who kept the views breathtaking. At the end, he did some extreme maneuvers (after my agreeing to it) which felt like a rollercoaster in the sky! Simply unreal - Highly recommend this company. Even the driver who picked me up and dropped me off was fabulous. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The experience was amazing, and the view was lovely. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. I had some issues receiving the video I purchased, but all I had to do was send them an email. Within 24 hours, they resolved the issue, and I received my video. They were very helpful and professional throughout. I have only good things to say about this experience and people working there.

Picking up by bus went smoothly, the guide was super great, he responded to my wishes. It was a super great day, very happy again.

Charged too much for pictures and videos, over double the price of the actual Paragliding flight (if you include the 20 euro take off fee).The experience is definately worth it, I suggest not wearing sunglasses to experience the true beauty. They didn't let me not wear sunglasses, they gave me a pair and said I didn't have a choice but they let my friend not wear sunglasses so didn't make sense. Beautiful flight tho and fantastic pilots and driver for going up the mountain etc. Breathtaking views. I suggest even if you don't want pictured tell them you are still deciding otherwise they'll give you a super short paragliding flight

Best experience in the Antalya region so far. Pilot are expert, polite and fun. View is amazing. You can decide if you want to try the "extreme" flight or not. I did and I enjoyed it. Recommended!

Positives Booked on here, through Eric, pick was on time the experience was amazing, staff very friendly welcoming, the flight time was very good, I had about 15-20 mins in air my pilot was amazing, very friendly took lots of crazy pictures,Negatives the only bad thing I would say is photos little expensive €100 I mean I got about 200 photos and 2 videos and 3...360 pictures as they using latest go pros cameras but still €100 euro thats about 3 times what the event actually cost

Director george made us feel so comfortable and plenty of drinks before heading up to fly. The crew were amazing and helped calm my nerves. Would 100% recommend coming to these guys

We had a amazing time! Transfers worked great, experience pilots were fun and very good. The bus ride up the hill is more dangerous than the flight down. Photos/videos are quite expensive but it's not a everyday activity so a memory we thought was worth paying for. We thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed flight yet thrill seeking at the same time. Views we out of the world!
