Thrilling trip. We were lucky and had a beautiful day. Although very nervous I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt safe. The guide was very informative.

Good fun, very interesting, and excellent guide. I came out feeling I know much more about Norway, saw some lovely island and coastal scenery, and had good fun in the boat.

This was the best way to start our morning and our first full day in Oslo. The meeting point was exactly as the address listed. Instructions were clear and direct. If you’ve never kayaked before it won’t be a problem as long as you follow the directions. I Also, this is kayaking on water! You may get wet, if you don’t like water either go prepared or don’t go. However, if you don’t go you are missing out!!

This was a fantastic way to see another side of Oslo. Our Guide, Dean, was a super guy. I would highly recommend the tour.

Our group of 4 had an excellent experience rafting at Go Sjoa - thanks primarily to the expertise and professionalism of our two guides, Sam and Mariano and the rest of the guys working with them. Sam was our raft guide and Mariano was usually accompanying us in a nearby river kayak, and on the second half of the day, he was in a Catamaran rescue raft, just in case. As our rafting guide, Sam was superb in explaining every aspect about the trip and what we will be encountering and how we would approach each of the various rapids. And he did so always in a clear and friendly way. The whole time we felt like we were in extremely good hands and being guided by someone who knew very well what he was doing. The same can be said of Mariano, though his role for our group was more supportive, but he was very clear in his communication and explaining procedures about what to do if things go haywire and we end up in the water, etc… We did a full day rafting both the upper and we were very glad we chose the full day of rafting instead of the half. With such a high level of professionalism from the guides, the weaker points can and did really stand out - namely at the reception check-in and when it came to the lunch after guiding. The woman in reception seemed to be not entirely sure what she was doing. For lunch there was one option only - beef and rice - and not a single alternative if you forgot to write them in advance (as I did…) that you don’t eat beef. In fairness, they did send an email saying to tell them about dietary restrictions, so i came prepared. They did prepare a salad and have bread and butter. The salad was plain AF and no dressing or even oil or vinegar is offered. They serve coffee but you have to ask for milk if you want it. Again, it was Sam who came to the rescue and brought out milk for coffee as the woman from reception who also brought the food, was MIA…The only other thing that was not great was that they made a point of telling us that there would be restroom facilities at the put-in point for the rafts and that this would be our last chance to use the facilities before we raft. But when we got there, they had 3 restrooms but not a single one of them had any toilet paper lol - an unnecessary oversight…we were the first group there in the morning - someone should really look after that. The facilities for post-rafting are good and we really appreciated being able to take a hot shower and change into dry clothes afterwards. A big thank you again to our excellent guides Sam and Mariano and the rafting crew for their professionalism and hospitality!

Thanks to Sam, Finn and Michele we had a great day on the water. The rafting is level 3, which means it is somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. The organization was extremely routined, the explanation entertaining, the material top. Safety clearly comes first here!

Very fast and fun! Lots of zooming! Nice to see some of the tiny islands up close (some with only 70 residents). Not much narration, its about the speed/fun and views, not a history tour, that said, boat pilot answered questions and gave a bit of local area info. You get jolted a little bit bumping over waves so take the safwty waver / instructions seriously. staff really nice (good humor), venue close to cruise port (and has a toilet) so venue was easy to get to and much cheaper than booking via cruise operator.

So much fun! All 3 of us would do it again tomorrow!

This kayak experience was a fantastic way to experience a different view of the city. We paddled along the Akerselva River, which flows along at a fairly slow pace. The water is not very deep, as discovered by a friend who tipped over and had to walk to shore to get back in his kayak. Paddling through the long tunnel at the end was fascinating too. The guides were super helpful and friendly. Overall, a very fun activity!

My son (14) and I loved our trip with Mad Goats down the Akerselva River. The guide and van driver were both very friendly and helpful. The meet-up point was clear. All necessary gear was provided. It was a unique way to see the city. It was beginner-level. I never felt unsafe or like I'd tip over. It was peaceful for the most part, with a little bit of excitement here and there - all very manageable. I'd definitely do this again and recommend to anyone wanting to see Oslo in a different way. It was a special treat to end up in the fjord - and get great pics outside the Munch museum.

Wonderful day on the water with instructor Rob and the team. Three boats, clear instructions, funny jokes, great facilities to change and shower, lovely cake and beautiful picture to download.

Had rob as guide , he was super friendly American and super professional ,i had i blast! Have been rafting before but the guides and the river and weather,did the experience awesome 😁 thanks thanks hot rob and Mickey Mouse ! Will be back

Scary but fun The sea was a little bit high, so it was really scary We had a great time , recommended to people with back or knees issues

A unique aquatic experience for a city center. The guides were very helpful and made the experience as smooth as you’d like. Gear was all handled well, they even inflated a special raft for me at 1.85m height.

An exhilarating rib ride around Haugesand and out to the remote islands.We jumped off the Iona and headed straight to the Viking adventure store which was a short 5 minute walk from the ship. We were lucky enough to join the next tour at 10:30.Our tour guide was excellent and funny- took us to a couple of the remote islands as well as speeding across the open sea. We felt safe and throughly enjoyed the trip.What I would say is that I expected it to be a little longer.We were getting our suits on and then on another tour within an hour and 45 minutes.

Very efficient service from checkin to getting the equipment/ dress. The excursion took us through some beautiful islands with some commentary. I would have liked a little more speed and thrill to the journey.
